  I had an amazing experience with this Holiday Inn. All of the staff was so sweet and helpful especially BB! The rooms were very clean and set with all the toiletries we needed!

  Not the worst hotel experience but for $130 a night it was very disappointing. The room was decent but had an incredibly tiny bathroom with a broken toilet, very outdated TV that only played news channels and absolutely insane prices for the little restaurant in the lobby. $40 for 2 burgers, fries and a drink…like come on.

  They don't disclose that they require you to be 21 to check into a hotel with alcohol prior to booking online and then wouldn't refund the booking. I drove multiple hours to get here and was just turned away. Horrible service. Need to update your policies to be clear and concise.

  Check in was easy, elevators were sketchy and old. The room itself was okay. Located near highway so it was quite loud, hence why they provided the room with ear plugs. My biggest issue was the pool. It does NOT look like its photos. You have to walk outside the building to get to the other building the pool is in. The first door inside wouldn't open unless you pulled very hard. You could see on the other side of it was duct taped once inside the pool it was a complete shock. The pool itself was green, like, swampy cloudy green water. So cloudy you could only see half the stairs down into the water. The hot tub was at least clear water, but the tiles in it which im sure were once white (as seen in their photos) were dark Grey, like they were never washed and grime was all over it. My partner and I didnt step foot in it. We booked for 2 nights but ended up just leaving a night early because we legitimately did not want to return. I dont know how all these 5 star reviews are happening for this place, maybe people's standards are lower, but this was definitely a regret in booking this hotel.

  Stayed New Year's Eve weekend and had an overall good experience. They seemed just a little under staffed but they were professional and pleasant to interact with. The room was comfortable but the bathroom was strange - the tub/shower was half hidden behind a partial wall. Despite being on the 1st floor with a street-facing window next to the elevator it was reasonably quiet, even on New Year's Eve (not total silence but given the timing it wasn't terrible) Buffet breakfast was utilitarian but everything was tasty and well prepared - no real vegan or vegetarian options and pork is their featured protein so if you have dietary restrictions look elsewhere for meals - there are several dining options in the immediate area (Subway, Indian, a couple others). Smash burger restaurant located inside hotel is ok, decent burgers but the wait was a bit long (again felt a little understaffed for a busy weekend) and they were fairly overpriced. Again if you don't feel like going out to look for food or ordering Doordash it's an option but there are better ones. Pool was a highlight - huge hot tub and a nice enclosed pool. The pool facility was clean and well kept, a bit out of the way but accessible with ADA amenities. Pool area isn't physically monitored by staff but safety equipment is readily available including emergency phones, etc.
