The general manager Shayla has absolutely no empathy for my situation and wont allow a refund or even credit. Really dis-heartening that they would rather essentially STEAL my money than show human compassion, all for the sake of making a few bucks and sticking to “company policy”. On top of a sick mother, I am out of money I desperately need.
