Also odd that my initial electronic key was revoked, never happened to me before as a loyal Hilton Honors member. Also requested to know which rooms were far away from the elevator before we checked in a the response to that question was slow and lacking details. When we asked if we would be able to hear the elevators from the room we were given, we were assured that we would not be able to hear it. Sadly this was not the case, as we could clearly hear them the entire stay. My recommendation to the team there is to stand in the bathroom and other parts of that room to experience it as we did - it sounded like a vacuum running continuously or an engine of some type. Weekend food options were hit or miss, not sure the kitchen and servers understand the menu or adjusting an order to the guest’s request. Felt a lot like growing pains to me as an experienced traveler, hoping these are worked out soon for future guests.
