    The staff were nice and the hotel was aesthetically pleasing but the 3rd floor held a sour smell in the hallways. As well as the staff lacking on putting out fresh non complimentary breakfast items in a timely manner as guest were waiting.

    This place is a rip off. Lacks basic amenities and charges for everything. Super cheap shampoo that leaves your hair feeling waxy and dry, no hair dryer, phone in the room was just for show I guess since it didn’t work at all. Parking was all the way around the building but the only entrance is in the front. Rooms have almost no furniture and cramped bathroom while there is big open spaces of nothing. So disappointing, would never stay here again. Literally stayed at an econo lodge with work crew last month and had a better room and experience.

    Came out for a show at Tacoma dome and stayed here. Rooms were very nice and the staff were very pleasant. Plenty of parking and restaurants near by.

    This hotel is a dual brand sharing the same compound. We were here for Christmas. The rooms were updated and nice. All the people were nice from the restaurant staff to the front desk. BB was able to accommodate us for early check in with our Diamond Elite status. Came back again in January and same thing. BB was there to help save the day and get us early check in so we could use the pool.
