BW customer service had us contact the hotel and they told us to email the manager, which we did in addition to calling several more times. Katie the manager never responded. BW customer service was called again and they contacted Katie and were told she would not authorize a refund even though we have been long time loyalty customers and tried to notify them 5 days in advance of our reservation.
