    The room isn't bad, for the most it was clean minus having tint black ants in the bathroom and entryway. My husband told the front desk and it wasn't until housekeeping came around that they cleaned the floors but the ants didnt go away.

    I’m a frequent traveler, averaging 15–20 hotel nights per year, and this is the first time I’ve ever had a security deposit withheld. The hotel claimed the charge was for “smoking,” even though I am a non-smoker. The only justification mentioned was makeup (mascara) on bathroom towels, though no photos were actually provided to me. Based on other reviews, this appears to be a recurring issue at this hotel. Very disappointed with how this was handled.

    I stayed here while waiting to move into my new apartment, and every single staff member was incredibly kind. They accommodated me with dishes and hygiene products when I needed them. They were polite and friendly with my questions and helping me check in and out. I also want to thank Courtney for her patience and great customer service. Rooms were clean and comfortable and the parking is safe because it’s gated so you don’t need to worry about your car.

    Muy mala experiencia rente por 4 noches este hotel y las dos noches me picaron horrible mi cuerpo los animales que hay aquí jamás vuelvo a este hotel lo peor que no me reembolsan mi dinero y me faltan dos noches más 😫😫😫😫

    Upon arrival, I was informed by the on-site manager that my service dog was “not welcomed,” although he stated I could still remain at the hotel. I explained to him that under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), a place of public accommodation may not deny access or services to an individual with a disability due to the presence of a service animal. Despite this, the manager continued to assert that he was “trained in service dogs” and stated that my service dog did not “fit the criteria.” This statement is inconsistent with ADA regulations, which do not require service animals to meet appearance-based criteria, nor do they allow hotel staff to assess or challenge the legitimacy of a service animal beyond the two legally permitted questions. At no time was my service animal out of control or disruptive. The manager’s comments and conduct were discriminatory and created an uncomfortable and unwelcoming environment. As a result of this interaction, I no longer feel confident that this property is compliant with ADA requirements. I will be filing a formal complaint with the U.S. Department of Justice to request review and appropriate corrective action. This property is not in an ideal or safe location, and due to the discriminatory treatment experienced, I would not recommend this hotel to colleagues or others traveling for professional purposes.
