The place was clean, quiet, and comfortable! Everything you actually want when you’re traveling with family. The rooms were well kept, beds were solid (not those saggy ones you regret the next morning), and the location made it easy to get around the city without much hassle. What really stood out though was the staff. They greeted us every time we came through the lobby like she actually meant it not just that forced “welcome back” you get at most places. They helped us get checked in quickly, gave us good local food suggestions, and went out of their way to make sure we had what we needed for the kids. You can tell that they take pride in their job, and that kind of genuine attitude makes a difference. Breakfast was solid, parking was easy, and the overall atmosphere felt safe and relaxed. For a hotel in downtown Tacoma, this one hit the right balance between comfort, price, and service. We’ll definitely be back the next time we’re in town.

The staff were pleasant and the location is perfect for everything we needed. It’s close to Point Ruston which is one of our favorite locations in the area! The staff was so friendly and recommended new places to eat and see while we were in town since we hadn’t come to visit in a couple of years. We would usually pass up this location back when it was a Comfort Inn and suites (it always seemed a bit sketchy) now that it’s a Best Western and they’ve done some remodeling and cleaning up of the area it’s a great place to stay. We have a lifted vehicle and we were a bit scared that we wouldn’t be able to park it at the hotel but they informed us they have 3 parking lots (2 underground lots and one back lot for taller/bigger vehicles) They serve a nice hot breakfast and as a coffee connoisseur the 24 hour coffee bar is amazing! Staff is an available 24 hours a day and they take complaints seriously if you have a problem (missing shampoo or conditioner, needing an extra towel etc.) we would stay here time and time again in the future! We’re excited to see how this place grows and what future changes they’ll make over the years! 100/100 would recommend.
