  We stayed here on the 21st of February and booked our room through the online reservation system through the hotel (not a third party). When we arrived, they did not have the room we booked and put us in a room with less sleeping space. When we got to the room, we realized that housekeeping had either missed the room entirely or done a really poor job. There were dirty dishes left on the counter, surfaces covered in crumbs and grease, wet towels on the floor, a dirty toilet seat… it was not what I expect from a hotel like this. It was late at night and we were exhausted, so we dealt with what we were given, but this was a major oversight by the hotel and we left feedback with the hotel feedback form many days ago and still have not received any sort of message from the management at this location. Honestly, at this point I think we are due a refund at minimum. Tldr: the room we booked was unavailable and we got downgraded; the room we ended up getting was not cleaned or prepared for us, it was dirty; we still have received no communication directly from the hotel management and are waiting to see how they will make this right.

  The room was very nice and clean however this was the worst stay I’ve had at a hotel. The fan in the bathroom sounded like a motor running all night long. I went to the front desk to complain and the guy told me that it’s normal and they all sound like that. This is unacceptable. After looking at the other reviews I don’t believe that’s possible. No one would stay here if that’s the case or leave a decent review. I also never leave reviews but after the night I had I need to let others know. Unless you are a hard sleeper do not bother staying here especially if you plan to sleep at all.

  Nice that they allow pets but beware you will be placed in a damaged suite and be charged extra if you have a pet. They also don’t allow no charge on fees for Emotional Support Pets like most hotels do, even with medical documentation. Just an over site I am sure, but microwave did not get cleaned from last guest. Kind of gross and unexpected. Bed and linens were clean. Bed lacks support if you have a bad back but if you like a soft bed to sink into, you will like it. Road noise from Hwy 167 loud and constant. Staff very pleasant.

  Feels junky, new but not nice unwelcoming . Front door is a curb. Worst part is the bathroom fan that wont turn off . Why? Trying to sleep and its loud and unbalanced Imagining the developer excited that they saved $147 per room not installing a switch Nice staff is a plus

  I recommend this hotel if you are interested in having a kitchen. They are accommodating here, Eddie Desiree were helpful. The housekeeping women here are exemplary and thank you for a great experience. Being able to enjoy a good rest & a laundry area accessible for guests without costs was cool. Thanks again. Plus the your surrounded by mountains !
