  The pool is quite small, and the hot tub was merely warm rather than hot. Breakfast was just okay, not impressive, especially considering the price per night. Everything, including the front desk staff, needs improvement. The customer service is lacking, and management is unhelpful and seems indifferent to addressing issues.

  Not only did I get overcharged for two nights, but I was basically told it’ll be fixed next week. I could list numerous other things, but what’s the point I don’t feel that they took any accountability for the inconvenience pretty much it is not their problem. It’s the computer For the amount that they charge I don’t think it’s worth it whatsoever. I truly find it hard to believe that all of the people that rated that hotel five stars are legit. If you read the manager’s response to the Reviews that were low, it say something. Her comments to them the ones I read I feel she was kind of rude and basically saying I already discussed this with you why are you saying it to the whole world now?

  Quick stay here and everything was great. Clean room and perfect for our family of 6. There were cookies when we arrived which was a nice welcome and we also enjoyed the pool and hot tub.

  Stayed there 3/22/26 with my girlfriend. Even though I was first in line, it took a long time to get checked in. I asked for room in the back because it was quieter and they had me go and check to see if the back rooms were odd or even numbers. Then they told me they had no king beds in the back and then it still took quite a bit to get a king bed in the front. The clerk seemed to be confused. The "fan only" mode on the thermostat would not work and when we turned on the AC it blew dusty grime into the room. The coil's fins on the AC unit were filthy,so obviously little to no maintenance is done here. Yucky. I called downstairs the following morning and they told me breakfast was until 9:30. We arrived sharply at 9:00 a.m. and there were a few crumbs of bacon left and a little bit of scrambled eggs. I told the kitchen lady and she said that they were out of product. I found this very hard to believe, as I travel all the time and do not see this at other IHG locations. She seemed to be in a hurry to close the kitchen and get out of there. She didn't keep the food refilled but she found time to stand in the doorway of the kitchen and talked to, what I believe to be a house cleaning lady that was dressed in black, for at least 10 minutes. Other couples came down at 9:15 and 9:20 and there was practically no food for them to eat.
