I stayed for about a week, and when leaving, i went from the hotel to the airport, and from airport straight home. If i would have left the clothes behind, they would’ve found it because they found my electric kettle. When i was leaving the room, the were no clothes left behind. They were literally taken from my suitcase while i was at work. 2 sweaters, 2 pants, all pretty new and not cheap. I guess they did not like my work clothes. Don’t stay here or make sure to lock your suitcases. I stayed at 4 hotels in the Spokane area, this was the worst.

The entire staff is always friendly and accommodating. Very clean rooms. The breakfast served is very good, as this is one of the reasons I choose this hotel over others. The breakfast ladies are so friendly and their dedication shows in how spotless they keep the breakfast area. Monday through Wednesday 5-7 PM has the managers special in the hotel bar area with munchies along with wine and beer. A nice way to unwind for the evening. A shout out to Dawn on how well she runs the bar and the managers special. Dawn is so friendly to all. Definitely a very worthwhile hotel to consider.

My husband has been a diamond member for some time now and I am always treated by the friendly staff phenomenally. Rooms are always so clean, beds are super comfortable with very clean sheets. Rooms have been very affordable and no matter what city or state I’m in I can always find a stay on my app. Complimentary breakfast is always served and they have great options. There’s something for everyone, even for the pickiest eaters.
