  The place was super clean and the breakfast was impressive! It was quiet, peaceful, and honestly a great place to spend the night.

  I stayed pre cruise and when I returned. I also utilized their pay and park option, which was a great saving. The most outstanding customer service was rendered at my arrival to the airport. These young ladies tried Uber and Lyft to get me to the hotel since their shuttle was disabled. Amazing staff!

  This is a weird location depending on which way you come in. Off the interstate you're taken through neighborhoods and weird back ways. Proximity to the airport was the highlight of the stay. There was no hot water at any point in our 20 hour stay. The other guests were yelling and having extremely animated discussions in the lobby, halls, and just outside of the pool for HOURS. At 10 when we called the front desk to ask if they could encourage guests to quiet down I was told, they already had. It continued for another 35 minutes. The tv channels are really poor with no ability to stream or cast to the TV from devices. Still no hot water at 3am. A depressing start to a travel day. There is no food super close, no restaurant in the hotel. The bathroom shower products and soaps smell like old lady perfume you would find in your 90 year old grandma's wallpapered bathroom with soaps you're not allowed to touch. Really gross. The holiday Inn we stayed at in Mississippi and Alabama were just like this. Unpleasant and definitely not worth trying Holiday Inn again. Our deposit has been on hold for 21 days now with no release. Guests beware. The manager is no help if you contact her.

  If you like having a hotel hold your deposit even after they swear it was released, even when your bank says it's still a charge and they keep swearing they released it...then this is the place for you!! After days of calling and the hotel saying it was released we had to file a dispute with our card company/bank to get it back. The beds were stiff and uncomfortable but even that was forgivable. The TV didn't work they sent someone to fix it and it still kept going crazy (I will post pictures) the location is convenient and the night staff was far more friendly and helpful as opposed to the day staff that lied and said they released our deposit when even now they still haven't. Do yourself a favor and stay ANYWHERE but here.
