  The front desk person who checked me in was super easy to work with and friendly. The 24 hour pool / hot tub is also nice.

  This is by far the best hotel I've stayed in. I rate it ☆4/5☆ on the location just because its spokane. Its easy to find, close to most stores. The staff are amazing! We've been there 4/7 days a week, for the last 3 weeks and its been great. Very accommodating, the kitchen staff allows me to wash my dishes in their kitchen. They love my kids and they deal with their rowdy-ness very well. Kids are loud naturally and they dont mind at all. Clean rooms, super friendly staff. I would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone that has to stay long stays for weeks at a time. Not to mention their coffee bar is awesome and their breakfast is great.

  I hate to review when things go badly so I only do it if it's kinda crazy bad or when something isn't addressed. I've stayed here a few times lately for work, until today it was solid. So take this for what you care for. Got to the room and found feces in the toilet and hair in the shower. Contacted front desk and they were responsive and seemed to be on point. Issue came up a couple days later where the above room was outrageous in the constant heavy stepping pretty much all night. Truly I can't even think how or why you would walk this much this loudly for hours but you be you. Brought this up and they offered to switch rooms for the rest of the reservation. The unforgivable action was when I went to grab the new keys, and the front desk attendant was doing everything right, her manager came out, stood behind her with closed arms and just couldn't stop staring at me. I asked what is going on and if she was the manager. She said yes, and I said your employee was doing perfectly. She responded inquiring if there was anything that would make me happy as we seem to be a "trouble" customer. Only asked for what shouldn't be asked for when staying for work. Started on a bad foot and it hopped to the other bad foot after two fairly significant issues. We truly Only expect the basics, clean room, and sleep. If these things don't happen, just to be respectful and able to pivot to something that will. Not to be blamed as a problem and to subvert her excellent employees work to fix the situation. Which had happened before her manager got involved. If you need sleep for work and don't have time to mess around if issues arise. Maybe choose another property.

  The breakfast was better than I expected had to get my yogurt from a machine but not bad but only one kind, the bacon was thin and crispy easy to eat, the scrambled eggs were a little bit watery but better than being dry. My biscuit was very moist with my gravy. My room was spacious and loved the side table but it was not tall enough for the bed but tall enough for the couch/hida bed There was a multiple charger cord but I couldn't use it . It didn't have a C charger. Liked the heated pool was to cold and the hot tub was not that hot and only had a couple of jets working on one end of the tub.the bathroom tub had a anti slip rubber mat to use loved that Loved the variety of drinks and they had a hot cocoa/coffee machine just choose the drink and size you want and put your cup on the the lit up cup holder and press start easy to use loved the lit up room number even at night it's lit up . Loved the makeup towel. Loved all the little things that made a great night and I will be returning. Had a shampoo and conditioner installed but if you want a good conditioner bring your own I tried theirs and it was very watery . Oh you can get Dominos to deliver to your room it doesn't say on the app but I called and they do deliver there . Nice to know especially when you travel with kids or don't want to leave the room

  I have always loved best Western plus hotels for the price. They’re actually quite nice. One of my favorite things is they have a Pelaton in the fitness room although this one did not have clip ins, instead it had shoe covers but only one of them worked properly. I absolutely love the coffee machines that they keep in the lobby. Their breakfast was very large, hot and decent for a hotel breakfast. We loved that it starts at 6 AM instead of 7 AM and they even had it ready at 5:45 which was very helpful for our plans that day. The hotel was quiet and clean and I would definitely stay here again.
