  We had a really great stay. The location is excellent, very centrally situated, so it was easy to get almost everywhere we needed to go in the downtown area. One of the best parts of the stay was how convenient everything was. We were able to walk to the mall, nearby parks, and other spots without any hassle. We just left our vehicle parked safely at the hotel and comfortably walked around most of the time, which made the trip even more relaxing and stress-free. The hotel itself is very clean and well-kept, and the price is reasonable for what you get. Parking felt safe and secure the entire time, which was a big plus. Most importantly, the staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. You can really feel that they care about guests and want to make sure everything goes smoothly.

  I had such a great stay at Best Western. The place was really clean, and the room was surprisingly spacious, you definitely get your money’s worth here. What made the experience even better was the staff. Bela at the front desk and Manager Nick were both amazing, so welcoming and kind, and you can tell they genuinely care about their guests. That kind of service really makes a difference. I also loved the little extras, like the freshly baked cookies in the evening and free coffee in the lobby. Breakfast was really good too, esp. the hot meals, it felt like a nice bonus to start the day. The colorful trees around the property gave it such a calm, cozy vibe. Parking felt safe as well since it’s set a bit away from the road, which I really appreciated. Overall, it was a very comfortable and pleasant stay. I’d definitely come back!

  Beautiful hotel, clean room, excellent staff! We felt very welcomed and enjoyed our stay. The hotel is close to all the downtown fun!

  I would not recommend staying here due to a serious issue with parking communication. I arrived around 10:00pm after a six-hour drive and was told the hotel lot was full. Staff directed me to park in a neighboring grocery store lot, said it was shared/free, and told me to ignore posted towing signs and place a hotel tag in my window. What they did NOT clearly tell me was that my car needed to be moved by 8:00am. That detail was only in small print on a map and never verbally explained. As a result, my car was towed and it cost me $708 to get it back. The staff were polite, but this is a serious failure in how the hotel handles overflow parking. If you are directing guests offsite—especially late at night—you must clearly and explicitly communicate towing risks. This situation was entirely avoidable. I have contacted the hotel for resolution, but until this is addressed, I would strongly caution others about staying here if parking is fully.

  Rooms are adequate, staff is excellent. I only subtract a star because this hotel has made the inconceivable decision to play 80’s thru 00’s music on every floor in every hallway. I can hear it in my room, even at night and early in the morning. Who wants to be forced to listen to pop in their hotel room??? Not me, and so I’ll stay elsewhere in the future.
