Enjoyed my time at this hotel though I kept hearing a high pich tone in my room. I couldn't figure out where it was coming from. Hotel supplied ear plugs. Refrigerator in room didn't seem to work very well. Other than that I really enjoyed my time and would consider staying again.

My company reserved this hotel so realize this review comes from a position of having not done the hotel "research" myself.
Room: Dirty floors. I spilled a little water and wiped it up with the nice white towel...so yeah.
No microwave or coffee maker in the room was a surprise for the worse.
Location: its a business park in the valley but its around 100 yards from the Spokane ACTIVE rail tracks. Last train heart attack was at midnight. The large picture window looks nice but it dampers no sound, and the train sounded three times while I was sleeping. They do provide those foam ear plugs but ... my phone alarm would have potentially been missed. Ugh.
I updated my review after staying for three nights.
Yeah the train sucks, yeah don't walk barefoot. Otherwise, I like the smaller room because it's cozy and everything is accessible.
Staff: professional and nice. Only one person around but they were good at their job.

Positive experience for the early front desk manager Jordan. Lively, friendly local. Needed a recommendation for food options prior to the hotel b-fast opening. Basically a local guide on site. Hope he's recognized for his extra effort energy. Newish well run property.
Would stay again.

Kaylee (sorry if misspelled) was so helpful and she was all over doing any task that needed to be done. She’s an extremely hard worker! She made our stay easy and less stressful, the last thing we needed was a bad experience and it went so well. I didn’t catch the gentleman’s name that helped with breakfast in the morning of 10/12, but also thanks for being kind and helpful. Giving location less than 5 just for there being a train near that was pretty active for coming and going from hotel.
