This is our go-to hotel. The rooms are clean the beds are comfy and the staff are nice and always helpful. The breakfast in the morning is very good. Emma who works the breakfast department in the mornings is hands down the best, most efficient, friendly employee I have ever encountered. I definitely recommend this hotel you won't be disappointed.

Pretty Dissatisfied. They recently lost their “preferred” status with the DoD. Do you know how bad you have to be to lose your status with an agency that lives and breathes off the notion of lowest bidder? The walls are paper thin. No need for TV. Just lay in bed and listen in! The floors / ceilings are even worst. I hear every step and tromp of the party in the room above. You will not get a good nights sleep here. A family of cats jumping from drape to drape would sound like a herd of elephants. I literally went THREE DAYS WITHOUT TOWELLS OR SHEETS! Eventually I just straight up said “I need some towells. The worst part is they just underwent a multi million dollar renovation and it’s still a dump. Have kids? Forget it. The pool is freezing and the pool building is a meat locker. My kids were bummed and miserable. And we are NOT prima Donna’s. It’s just bad. This is a place way past its prime. The owners are clearly blind to reality. It needs to be leveled and a proper 21st century hotel built in its place. Even the Romans figured this one out.. “cement is better than wood! Let’s build things out of cement!” I’d recommend another place… it’s called “literally anyplace else”. Maybe consider sleeping in your car. At least you’d know it’s been cleaned from time to time.

This place has been awesome in the past. Unfortunately they have changed there ways to telling me different things that they could do for me and my large group only to find out that they could not help and even fired a great employee who helped us out in the past. We came to this hotel for the hospitality and the ability to help my large group in the past but will be no longer coming to this hotel. Crazy that employees get fired for helping out guests she was the only reason why we came back. Your just another number here not a guest.

Although the power went out for almost the whole night, the staff handled all of the guests with patience. The hotel was clean, great location, and the staff was friendly. The pool area was huge although with power being out on the block there was not much heat. Only thing is if you want quiet in your room on Valentines day make sure you don't get a room with the possibility of adjoining room because the people in the room next to us were sooo loud.

I am updating my review following my stay. I checked out on Tuesday the 10th at 9:30 a.m. The previous night, an alarm from the riser room sounded continuously for approximately five hours. I suffer from clinically diagnosed migraines, and the constant noise—especially with my room located near the alarm—significantly worsened my condition until it finally stopped around 10:00 p.m. When I spoke with the front desk the next morning to explain how disruptive and unacceptable the situation had been, I was told the hotel would make it right by reducing my room rate by 50%. I was instructed to contact Hotels.com so they could process a refund for half of the $165 I paid. Since then, the hotel has denied that any refund was offered and has refused to honor what I was told in person. I was even told over the phone that “nobody here would ever tell you that,” essentially implying I fabricated the conversation. This has been the worst customer service experience I have ever had. Shame on you.
