The location is perfect, a walkable distance right near everything. Quite a few people were there but it wasn't loud. 20 floors with a nice pool, gym, and hot tub. Gym was mostly empty the whole night, only saw one couple walk in. Overall nice hotel, good location, and a little more on the fancy side.

I recently stayed at Warwick Seattle and it was an outstanding experience from start to finish.
The location is perfect—right in the heart of downtown, making it easy to walk to everything while still feeling tucked away enough to relax. The room was spacious, spotless, and incredibly comfortable, with a great view that made it even better to unwind after a long day.
What really stood out was the service. The staff was welcoming, attentive, and genuinely helpful throughout my stay. Every interaction felt warm and professional, which made a big difference.
The amenities were also top-notch, and everything was well-maintained. Whether you’re traveling for business or just getting away for a bit, this place strikes the perfect balance of comfort and convenience.
I’d absolutely stay here again—an easy 5-star experience.
Bill, Patrick, Marquez, Chris,Cisco,Josue,Jessica,Jess P, Tiana, Raul they All provide excellent customer service with a smile , friendly , welcoming and always helpful due to the fact that they all provide exceptional customer service. I will continue to be a loyal client at the Warwick hotel Seattle. Thank you from Mr.Guerrero
I booked 2 Premium King rooms and a Suite room for 3 couples for an overnight trip to go to Dimitriou's Jazz Alley. We were so pleased with our stay. Great location near Jazz Alley. The staff were all friendly and accommodating; getting us into all the rooms earlier than check-in time and giving us rooms on the same floor. There's a reason that we book into The Warwick exclusively when we are in Seattle for a music concert.

My best friend flew in to Seattle to celebrate me graduating beauty college. She has a 1 year old and an 8 year old, I also have an 8 year old.. the previous hotel we checked into, the parking was A BLOCK AWAY, when we got to the lobby with our luggage and stroller, the front desk said there was only stairs to get to the elevator to then get to your room!! When we got to the room the view was of a parking garage. Nothing was easy about that hotel, so we immediately checked out, found the Warwick and when we pulled into the garage our stress was gone. Valet was so kind, parking was in the SAME building, the room was so spacious, there was a pool that was on the bottom floor, everything about this hotel was easy and comfortable! The manager even pushed our heavy cart all the way to our car! The staff- amazing, parking- easy. The view- BEAUTIFUL! Room- spacious for 3 kids under 10. I really appreciate the Warwick for being so accommodating!! It was a good graduation weekend!! 🤩🙌🏼 10/10 recommend!
