  Average service, room was nice small patio with view. Location was very close to the boardwalk piers and pikes place. Lots of construction and road work. Not overly noisy though.

  I loved the views from the roof top. I'm the breakfast was amazing. The room was very big and beautiful. The staff was amazing

  Horrible experience!!! STAY AWAY!!! Their staff took a bag full of snacks which I brought from home. They either stole it or decide to throw it away although it was very clear that it wasn't a garbage. Complaining at the front desk - they asked me for receipts for the food I brought from home! WHAT THE HACK??? Complaining at their website - they asked for my email to update me about their handling of the case After a few days I got an email thanking me for staying there, and announcing that they used my email, which I gave ONLY for the compliant purpose, to add me to their crappy reward program SERIOUSLY??? Do they really think I'll ever visit their hotel again? What a useless stupid staff!!!

  We had a wonderful stay at Staybridge Suites Seattle - Fremont by IHG. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and very welcoming. While the breakfast offered the usual hotel favorites like pancakes and waffles, what really stood out to me was the yogurt bar. I loved the wide selection of fresh fruit toppings including blueberries, pineapple, strawberries, cantaloupe, and more. It was such a nice touch and something I don’t often see at other hotels. Everything was fresh and well prepared. Overall, we had a great experience and would happily stay here again.

  This place is a joke. Initially the accessible room we booked was at the stay bridge on lake union. The staff there fixed the situation and had us moved to the location on Aurora. My wife called ahead to make sure the pool lift worked, because swimming is one of my favorite things to do on vacation. After we settled from moving hotels I planned to go swim in the pool, of course when we got to the pool the lift didn't "have a battery" although its pretty obvious it wasn't working. The front desk lady tried to give me the run around about maintenance being responsible for the operation of the lift, and they wouldn't be back until the next day. I jumped in the pool anyway and needed firemen to get me out safely. I will be filling a code compliance complaint with the city as all of the outlets and sprinklers for a fire are rusted beyond belief. The pictures that are posted on there website is not the reality of the actual condition of the area. The pool was gross, the hot tub looks like it wasn't cleaned for a long time. Nobody offered to make it right. On top of all of that, the bed is labeled as a queen, when obviously it was a full size bed. I will never stay at a stay bridge again, and I will also be filling complaint with there corporate office. This is unacceptable. 0/10.
