  Nice hotel, decent amenities, hard to sleep at night with its location and tons of people revving their engines for some reason at the light. The staff was great with the exception of the person at the counter when we checked out. They were the only one who seemed to not enjoy their job. Asked a question about my bill and they were just very unfriendly. Parking was good with the exception of charging $45 a night for parking and not having EV chargers. Most of the hotels I stay at nowadays have some sort of EV charger for that price. We didn't eat there so I can't comment on that but its location put it very close to a bunch of great places to eat. The bar closed at 9:00 and I thought that was very odd so we didn't go down there either.

  Had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The bartender was nice and the drinks were worth. Also very cool tattoos.

  Excellent plentiful and healthy breakfast, nice staff, accommodating in every way! This is probably the best staybridge around and I would recommend it to anyone traveling through Seattle even if you have to pay a bit more. The breakfast is worth it as are the clean rooms and comfortable beds.

  Some donkey hacked my IHG rewards account and has been fraudulently making reservations under an altered version of my name over and over again at this hotel. This person tries to pay for some things with a credit card and then steal points from my account to pay for the rest. I had to deal with this hotel's front desk 3 separate times over two weeks to have each of the reservations cancelled. Hours on the phone each time while they act like they don't understand what you're saying and they only care about whether it was my card actually charged. Each time they claimed that "this is the first time they have heard of this, but they will contact corporate and make sure the person making the reservations is put on the black list." After doing that 3 times over two weeks, they STILL let this person make a fraudulent reservation, stay at this hotel, and charge it to my account - it finally got past me because I was traveling for a wedding. DO NOT stay at this property or other IHG properties unless you want your information stolen and fraudulently used over and over again while this property and IHG does nothing to help you. This place blatantly facilitates fraud.
