    Just meh. Customer service was excellent at check in and it was down hill from there. Hot tub and pool were beyond past due for a cleaning and a good filter change. Clean hottubs don't have top layers of foam like a bubble bath or anything foam thicker than a freshly poured Guinness. You have a...well I will just let you Google that and puke in your mouth a little. - I won't tell you what else I saw in the waters. The pool looked like a fat-based liquids you can skim the top layer off. With the crinkly thin texture that folds and dissipates when you touch it. Dump all the chemicals you want in that waters, with that newly growing ecosystem it's not helping anyone. Rebrand it as the Warwick a Scumspa and Filmpool.

    My mother and I went here the day before new years 🎊 and we weren't disappointed. The rooms are spacious, very clean and beds are extremely comfortable. Everyone at this location is very kind and helpful from check in to check out. The lady at the restaurant during breakfast hours is absolutely amazing and gets a 10/10! We would go back just to see her. My only complaint about this location would be the parking is pricey per night. Otherwise a great overall stay!

    Stay away. Run down, shower water not hot, plugs don’t work, restaurant is impossible to eat at due to only having one server working. Won’t stay here again.

    Good worth the price, room is clean, staff are friendly and accomodating plus good location, we will definitely come back. Highly recommended

    I had to book a hotel in the city last minute after my accomodations fell through. And then another emergency meant that I also had to catch an earlier flight leaving Seattle before my checkout date. I was distraught because my booking was non refundable but after a lot of phone calls with my third party booking service, I was able to get a refund. This is all thanks to the understanding and patient staff at the Warwick. Christopher and Bryan were great help and great listeners! They definitely earned my loyalty for future stays in Seattle.
