I was staying in Warwick Seattle on Feb 19-22, and expected to get a package from Gararge Grown Gear during my stay. Unfortunately the package arrived after I’m out of country. I wrote several emails to the email address I got from the hotel website but nothing went through. The seller (Garage Grown) is very helpful to send me the notes and shipping label for the hotel to help to send back, but none of my emails work as should be. I don't know how to contact the hotel to get assitance regarding this.

We had a generally good stay. Unfortunately the first night and third night our car got broken into. We ate breakfast there twice which was underwhelming. I got the smoked salmon omelette which was overcooked and the next day I got the "famous" eggs Benedict... The eggs were overcooked on this as well. Service was great though. I feel really bad for some of the wait staff as it seems there was only one guy doing the work of 4 which (bar tending, hosting, running food/taking orders, and room service) he did great though. Our 2nd day there there was no hot water and heat going to any room above floor 9. Fortunately we were on the 8th floor, but that was the same day they seemed to be doing work close by as there were a lot of loud noises. Our last day they only had 1 elevator operational out of 3 which created a lot of stress it seemed. We didnt get to try the swimming pool or hot tub. The are was close enough to walk to every place we wanted to go which was great! Not the worst stay ever.

It's an updated 1980's hotel. The front desk staff seemed like they didn't want to be there. The rooms are very decent for the price. They give you Seattle's best coffee pods, and a couple tea bags in the room with a little hot water machine. There is also a microwave and mini fridge, even a corded phone. The soaps were decent. The pool is a little too chilly and the hot tub was too hot, but lots of families with kids still used it. There is floor to ceiling windows and a Juliet balcony- the view I had wasn't the best during the day but it was nice to see the surrounding skyscrapers lit up at night. The parking garage is connected to the hotel and it is a lot cheaper than most other places in that location. Walking distance to lots of cool attractions. The best part was the restaurant however, there food was some of the best I had during my time in Seattle.

If you're ready to pay a lot and get treated like your an inconvenience then you should stay here. Staff was rude everytime they spoke with me. The only staff that I experienced the pleasure of speaking with was the cleaning staff. The night before checking out for hours I could hear someone jiggling my door handle. When I went to look through my door. The peephole was broken. When I called the front office about it they said “what do you want me to do about it?” so nonchalantly. Offered the advice of opening my door to see if anyone is out there!?!. Well after not feeling safe in my hotel room and it not being up to code I checked out very early to fly again. 0/10

I didnt want to have to write this review but i feel so let down from this company. I've stayed at the Warwick on two separate occasions and i had an amazing time! I absolutely loved it and was so impressed. So it made since to have my 1 year anniversary stay be at the Warwick. I wanted to make sure i was able to get a hotel room so i booked the room in December. Right before Christmas. I chose the option to pay at the property. So i didnt have to pay for it yet with Christmas in just a few weeks. Well 1 week before Christmas, i had about 400 dollars worth of Christmas shopping i still had to do for my kids and had planned to do it on the following weekend. On the Thursday before that weekend, the Warwick hotel took $421 out of my account to pay for the hotel room. That was all my Christmas money! I calles the hotel in a frenzy. Crying and just freaking out. The people at the hotel were nice and seemed like they wanted to help me but nothing came of it. I called them that week almost every single day. And they told me that i needed to deal with my bank. I finally talked to a nice man. And he called the bank to try to help me but at the end there was no luck and my kids didnt get the Christmas they deserved. That money still hasnt come back into my account. Im just out 421 dollars. My 1 year anniversary is on feb 28th and i had planned to stay at the hotel the 26th to the 28th of February 2026 but now i dont feel comfortable giving access to make accounts or placing my trust in them. I wish this could be fixed because it really was an amazing place to stay but i wont be putting myself in a situation like that again.
