For such a vibrant & diverse downtown location, the hotel felt polished, secure, and impeccably run. The attentive door staff (at all times of day) set the tone immediately - we felt well cared for from the moment we arrived. Service truly makes or breaks a stay for me, and this team delivered. From check-in to the restaurant staff, everyone was warm, professional, and accommodating. The rooms are beautiful, the beds incredibly comfortable, the views stunning, and the restaurant outstanding. An elevated, seamless experience from start to finish. We’ll absolutely be back. Oh, and, go hawks!

It might be possible to find street parking and it seems like a safe area, but I would advise against it. (Be kind to valet.) Room was great. It wasn't the largest room I've ever stayed in, but it was a decent size with the necessities (and then some). Everything appeared clean. (I travel with my own towels and cocoon blanket, so I can't speak to the presence of stains or hair as I didn't use the linens.) They offer rooms with exercise equipment. ♥️ There's an on-site restaurant (open 0600/0700-2200) that claims to source locally + FOB Sushi Bar across the street.
- JNJustin NewgaardJan 21, 20265.0I can not brag too much about this location! I am someone that travels 200 plus nights a year and the sound in Seattle is one of the best I have been to. From Matt at the Valet stand to Gustav checking you in, it’s the best service you can ask you. They treat you like a rockstar from the minute you arrive. And the Rooms are spacious, always clean and depending have amazing views of the city. The bartenders are fantastic also, either on the 7th floor or down in the street side restaurant. If you need advice on things to do the team there can guide you! It’s great walking to anything you want to see, 10 min to pike market, 15 to the space needle and about 30 min walk to the stadiums. If it wasn’t for finally getting a permanent place in Seattle I would still be staying there! The team is so great I stop in to chat with them anytime I’m in the area. And I always recommend anyone I know to stay there!
