From John, Chase and Greg at the front desk to Jordan (and other sweet doorman that I missed his name)—they all went out of their way to make our visit perfect. Hot tip: have them call you a cab to the airport. Flat rate was $40 less than Uber! (Rooftop bar on 7th floor—perfect way to end the night!)

Thank you Jordan for being so kind and making this birthday trip extra special. Brayden, Chase and Kevin were helpful but also fun. Big Mahalo to Kirtus at the Currant Bistro for being our wonderful server for Breakfast every morning. It was fun finding out all of our Hawaii connections. We were bummed to say goodbye. Due to unexpected flooding in nearby Leavenworth, WA, our original travel plans were completely ruined . With road closures and reroutes, my wife and I had to cancel and quickly rebook a hotel while on the move. Got Greg on the phone, who was truly our savior. He somehow got our reservation squared away seamlessly and went above and beyond by setting us up in an amazing corner suite. After a long and exhausting day of travel changes, walking into that room felt like a huge win and instantly put us at ease. The hotel itself is one of the nicest places we’ve had the opportunity to stay. The downtown location is awesome, perfect for exploring the city. The staff across the board were friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. The food and drink options were excellent and exceeded our expectations. A special shout-out to Darian, the bartender/hostess, who absolutely made our evenings. She was incredibly friendly, funny, and helpful, turning casual drinks into a highlight of our stay. Her energy and hospitality made us feel right at home. Despite the chaos that brought us to Seattle, The Sound Hotel turned it into a memorable and enjoyable experience. We can’t thank the team enough! See you guys in the summer.
