Poor excuse fore customer service. I had 2 nights booked, and requested 1 more night before my arrival. I would have expected to pay extra for the new additional night, but not modifying all my nights to the higher rate.

One of our rooms was actually a bit challenging given the state of the furniture and overall room. The other room was fine though. It's likely related to the affordability of the place.
