Received top tier customer service from the front desk agent, Danny. Danny was kind enough to hold my luggage before my check in time in a safe and secure location and provided me with a list of the best restaurants within walking distance.

I had a pleasant stay here during a quick trip to Seattle. The location was very convenient - a quick walk to many of the local office buildings, and it seemed like the hotel was full of Amazon employees.
The room was clean and spacious, and I appreciated the abundant supply of fairly soft towels. The lighting could have used improvement, it was either really bright or pretty dark, no dimmable accent lights. Bed was just OK, there was large indent from heavy usage which my back regretted falling into.
Complimentary breakfast was great, with waffle makers, breads, fruits, and plenty of juice. Lots of seating which was nice.
The main weird thing about this place is that it's combined with an EVEN Hotel. I don't understand the difference, but it was slightly annoying at check in when I realized I had to walk around to the other side of the building because the Staybridge entrance is shuttered.
I'd stay here again.

Don't stay here with family/children and a car you have to park.
The rooms are "fine" and average for an extended stay situation.
You will be charged every night for parking, which, for 2 of our 4 nights was completely unavailable and we had to pay to park elsewhere.
Their attitude about this was "sorry, park in the alley or in the street" (There are also signs about this, so it's a known issue).
Outside of the housekeepers and breakfast attendees the employees were dismissive and snarky.
There are also a litany of hidden charges... a conference center charge (no idea a conference center was nearby)...A tourism charge, etc.
This place is run for single business employees staying for a week who take an Uber from the airport.
If that's not you, AVOID.
Front desk customer service is snarkey, rude and very unhelpful. (There is an exception for 3 of them whom were courteous.) Other staff members (ie. Complimentary breakfast team) were nice, helpful and as expected hospitality service.
Underground parking is horrid. Entrance to the lot is behind the hotel through a small alley. Tight spaces, limited capacity and overpriced ($45). Better off parking next door's public spaces which is ample and cost almost half the hotel's.
Rooms are good. Beds are comfortable with a pullout, if needed. Kitchen area is sufficient for those who like to cook during their stay with a good size fridge. There is a bar & grill in the lobby that serves lunch and dinner. An Indian market is in walking distance for your grocery needs.
Complimentary laundry room. Detergent is sold in the lobby or bring your own. A hamper is inside the closet for use.
Very close to the I-5 freeway entrance. It's relatively quiet and there's no traffic noise.
The 2-stars is mainly due to front desk and the parking situation. The remainder of the hotel experience is 3-4 stars.

Platinum member here. Worst IHG stay I’ve had on a very long while. This place was run by a bunch of entitled and uncaring employees starting with Jeremy at the front desk. I tried to check i and he said my room wasn’t ready and to check back in 3 hours. I sat down to watch my son on the computer and watched him check in 4 other people. I confronted him and he said it was because “I had a handicapped room.” This was total bull and he should have asked me if I wanted another room type. He finally put me in a room and was so rude about it. We watched countless kids raid the snack area without paying and employees could care less. The Staybridge breakfast area took their waffle machines out because there were kids there. 2 of our party didn’t have access to their room because the locks broke and they had to break down the doors. The staff was extremely rude to the kids in our party and told them quiet hours started at 7pm. Very poorly run property with a mean staff
