The first morning our room was right next to the construction and we got woken up by the sound of banging and drilling at 7 am. Thankfully they changed our room to a more quiet corner away from the noise. But overall the construction is making a mess in the building. The wifi was completely unusable, very slow! And breakfast next door is horrible too (they gave us vouchers) so I don’t recommend.

No food on site hence the 4 star. The Toast to Toast next door closed early for dinner, no decaf coffee in the morning. The location is great as we were seeing at show at the Climate Arena. All walkable to arena, Space Needle and Chuhily Museum

- TDTatiana DawsonOct 20, 20251.0Staying here for the first time, our water got shut off without any notice, no one let is know that it would get shut off, they changed our rooms half way thru our stay, we packed up everything and the room they had placed us in another room where the water was also turned off. the staff was very unkind to us when we explained the situation. will not be booking there ever again.
