Totally unacceptable management. The entire hotel is under going renovations on every level and there is no separation from finished rooms vs unfinished rooms. Contactors did not put up any plastics to separate where areas that are finished. There is no phasing. Also there are corridors that have no ceiling exposing possible unfinished rated corridors above. Totally unsafe.

If location was the only factor in the ratings, this would be a 5 star rating. This hotel is a 5-10 minute walk from the Space Needle, various museums, and public transit stops.
Unfortunately, when we stayed in December 2025, we did not realize the hotel was undergoing major renovations. This meant that the front entrance and most of the lobby was closed to guests, and there were extremely limited hotel food options. It also meant that we were woken by non-stop hammering that began at 8am sharp every day. I'm not sure how long the renovations will take, but don't expect to be able to sleep in while the construction is still ongoing.
As for the room itself, we were given a newly renovated room. It was perfectly adequate, with a microwave, mini fridge, and shower with decent water pressure.

Ok I’ll start with the good. There’s a bed and there’s a shower.
Now with the bad. Coffee machine didn’t work. Asked front desk if they can change it. Not sure if they did but it didn’t work after that. This is a big deal for me as they had no coffee machine downstairs, they offer no amenities. Except the coin machine and ice. As for the location there’s a diner downstairs out side facility but walking distance that the food is just ok. Not really worth the price imo. I would not stay here again, I would not recommend this place unless there are no other rooms anywhere else.

The hotel was going through a lot of construction that we were not told in advance. The first morning our room was right next to the construction and we got woken up by the sound of banging and drilling at 7 am. Thankfully they changed our room to a more quiet corner away from the noise. But overall the construction is making a mess in the building. The wifi was completely unusable, very slow! And breakfast next door is horrible too (they gave us vouchers) so I don’t recommend.

Front desk gal was super helpful with restaurant locations and recommendations. Very clean and quiet for undergoing reservations. Room was clean and comfortable.
No food on site hence the 4 star. The Toast to Toast next door closed early for dinner, no decaf coffee in the morning.
The location is great as we were seeing at show at the Climate Arena. All walkable to arena, Space Needle and Chuhily Museum
