Jamerah at the front desk was super helpful, friendly, and she welcomed us weary travelers immediately. We were so grateful to have stumbled into this Hilton after a long travel day! Comfy beds and great food in the restaurant. Pear salad and French onion soup plus service at the bar were exceptional.

Our first interaction was ringing to ask where the shuttle bus would pick us up from. The staff member was down right rude, expected us to know, could very easily have said go to level 3, cross the sky bridge, walk down to the relevant area. The shuttle bus driver drove past us twice, despite waving to flag him down, after 35mins in the cold we caught a cab as it was raining, paid a lot for a 3 min trip. At check in we didn't even get an apology, the only response was "I will let the driver know" Having been travelling for a week we tried to do some laundry, the machine wouldn't take coins, required an app that didn't work. Concierge thought it took coins despite signs everywhere saying hotel was now cash free, reception didn't know about the app, nobody could help, so the clothes covered in detergent went back into laundry bags. Then arrived at the restaurant only to be advised that they had closed early. All in all an astonishing lack of customer service.

Location is the selling point here with a 5 minute walk to the airport terminal. No need for a shuttle or car.
