    I had a bad experience at this hotel.. Starting with the airport shuttle driver who did not help me put the luggage in the trunk and he was quite rude. He did help other travellers but not sure what issues he had with me. The room was ok, but too far from main area and restaurant. Reception staff was very kind and helpful.

    When we were evacuated due to flooding, Erik at the front desk was able to get us into a room with our cats. We only stayed for a couple nights, but everyone there treated us well and made us feel cared for. It was a wonderful place to rest during an otherwise stressful event.

    ​My wife and kids truly appreciates the exceptional customer service and overall high quality of your hotel! ​Just wanted to share one quick suggestion regarding your airport shuttle service that I believe will make a noticeable difference for both your drivers and your arriving guests. ​Currently, I observed a key operational friction point--drivers frequently have to pull over and get out of the shuttle (as happened at least three times while we were in the shuttle) just to tell guests who are waiting outside the designated zones that they need to move to the official pick-up location. ​To resolve this issue and make the process smoother and faster for everyone, I recommend updating the introductory recording on your shuttle service. Simply adding the precise passenger pick-up location at the beginning of the message would proactively inform your guests. ​This simple, immediate fix would eliminate those non-essential stops, significantly streamline your Ground Transport procedure, and get your arriving guests to the hotel more efficiently and quickly. Overall, your entire staff is phenomenal!

    Very nice hotel especially for an airport hotel. Nicer than most downtown hotels actually. I dont know why this had such low reviews the place is top notch and service was great.

    Horrible design of the hotel structure. You have to walk forever to the room and elevator !! And the room has poooooor soundproofing.
