    Great hotel for layovers. I was welcomed by Jamerah and she took very good care of me. Shelly was my shuttle driver to the airport and was great help and very pleasant. The hotel itself was clean and spacious. Restaurant has a great steak.

    Outdated, dingy rooms and bathrooms in dire need of updating, random old microwave in the hallway with broken vending machine, nice front desk people, but horrendous service as far as room service and dining go (can’t contact restaurant, there is no breakfast option despite the website saying otherwise, and hours for dining are inaccurate). As far as other amenities, the pool is outdoors and the hot tub is permanently out of order. Overnight parking is quite overpriced and the garage is extremely far away from the lobby so prepare to walk about a mile through said garage, outdoors, and then through a maze of hallways to reach the front desk. Strongly recommend avoiding this place unless you must stay here for a conference and do not need to self park.

    They charged us the first night we were there, money leaves my account and it’s pending all weekend. Checkout morning the staff informs us they’ve been trying to recharge my card all night because payment hasn’t gone through yet. When I called my bank they said it was pending and already gone from my account so the staff needed to chill. To them it appeared almost fraudulent and we were advised to cancel the card and leave. We gave your staff the benefit of a doubt but they repeatedly denied that the money was pending and went ahead and locked us out of our room before checkout. Items were left behind and the whole situation has been stressful and exhausting. That same original payment has cleared on my end so someone on your end messed up and it was disgusting. We still need our items back and our $150 deposit. Scammers and thieves!

    Very Disappointing Stay at Hilton Airport and Conference I stayed at the Hilton Airport and Conference and had a very unpleasant experience that made my stay stressful and uncomfortable. On the night of 7 November, at around 4:30 a.m., the smoke detector in my room (1357) started beeping every few minutes and continued for quite some time, making it impossible to sleep. When I tried to call the front desk, I found that the room phone was not working, so I had to walk all the way to reception in the middle of the night to report the issue. Then, on the morning of 9 November, around 8:15 a.m., I was again disturbed by loud hammering and drilling noises from the room next door. The noise went on for about 20 minutes. I went out to ask the technician to stop, and later had to walk to the front desk again, since the phone was still not fixed. The distance between my room and the front desk is very far, which made it difficult to get assistance, especially since I had to roll heavy luggage. There was only one driver available to help collect luggage, which was not very convenient for guests. For an airport hotel, guests should be able to rest quietly before or after flights. The hotel should check all room equipment before assigning rooms and avoid maintenance work early in the morning while guests are still resting. On the positive side, the hotel is conveniently located, close to SeaTac Station, and within walking distance from the airport terminal, which makes it easy to access. Overall, I expected a much higher standard of comfort and service from Hilton, and this stay was very disappointing.

    Issues with staff. I inserted my ticket to leave and pressed the button to call for help. The lady through the mic said I need to come into the front office... so I did. Someone else helped me and said "oh you could have just pressed the call for help".... obviously I did. This is the first time that this has happened to me and I've parked before. There is also no entrances from the side of the building to get into the hotel without a key card (didn't have one because I was leaving) so had to walk all the way around the hotel.
