  Room was comfortable and the location is good. But that doesn’t excuse charging a $25 fee amenities fee and hiding that in the small print when you’re booking. This is Seattle, not Las Vegas. Also, the reason I stayed at Hilton‘s it’s for the easy check-in. Even though this hotel has the app, and even prompt you to check in 24 hours beforehand you can’t. And the only way to find out is to call. The absolute worst thing about this hotel, every charger in that room was a slow charger l. So slow in fact that it was draining my iPad faster than it was charging it when I was using it. It took eight hours to get my portable charger to 100%. Inexcusable in 2026.

  Service at check in was slow but polite, the location is central but kind of hard to actually find, and the rooms were obviously updated in the bathrooms but mine had visible stains in the entryway carpet. Overall a mixed bag - likely won't return.

  Great hotel, and a great location for the City centre! Both Mohammad and Ana in the front desk were super helpful and attentive. Would recommend and will be returning if I have to be in Seattle city centre!

  just got back from a visit to Seattle to visit my sister who lives in Kenmore over Super Bowl weekend... (glad they played in Santa Clara, YA HAWKS!) ..... that be said, not a great visit..... 1) staff = all were great a 10 2) room = 1st room A/C didn't work, took 2 hours after calling front desk for maintance staff ( who was really nice) to advise us that, yep, it's broken.... and the inop bed light? ya, that's broken too.... transfered to new room with in 1/2 hour. 3) new room = still had an ocean vew.... however bathroom vanity mirror inop (broken bulb) dish soap holder chiped on 3 corners, bathroom counter top has water stains.... Clean up crew did not leave any coffee pods or cups . 4) online ckout was'nt working.... IF you have an aminity, it HAS to work!!!! I know seems petty but with paying Hilton's prices there should be WAY better quality control.... Still love Seattle, going back in September for another visit .... not staying here. Love the location, not the service...... or the prices for the parking at the hotel, $65 per night.....
