I really liked this hotel. I came to Seattle for a conference. I've been there for layovers but never actually spent time in Seattle until this trip. This hotel is conveniently located in downtown Seattle (I think). There were lots of restaurants and stores nearby. There's a great breakfast spot right across the street with the best croissant sandwiches. We went there most mornings. There is a parking lot on the property and the spaces are pretty tight. The parking lot is a little funky if I'm being honest but it got the job done. When you first walk into the hotel, there is a nice lobby area. The folks at the front desk were friendly and checked me in pretty quickly. When I walked into the room, it was nice. I was impressed with the look and feel. The beer was comfortable and things were mostly clean. I would stay here again.

My family and I had a fantastic stay at the Hilton Motif Seattle. The room was clean and the service was exceptional. I would like to thank Emilia from housekeeping for her exceptional hospitality. Also, the restaurant on the 5 th floor, Frolik Kitchen & Cocktails, was fantastic. A big thank you goes to Stephen and Janice our servers for breakfast and dinner. 5 Stars!

1 The staff member who checked us in was notably cold, impatient, and arrogant. Her delivery was so rapid that it was difficult to understand the necessary information, making the entire check-in process extremely unpleasant.
2 On our third night, just before bathing, we were surprised to discover that our towels had not been replaced by housekeeping.
3 The light in our room has been non-functional for an entire day, and no one was sent to repair it.
4 We were disturbed by repeated knocking on our door around 9:40 PM (21:40) by someone claiming to be hotel staff, even though we were already asleep.
5 The heating unit was running very loudly and noisily. It made a loud rumbling noise all night long.

a pleasant stay at Hotel Motif in Seattle. The customer service was excellent—every staff member I interacted with was friendly, helpful, and attentive. The hotel is in a beautiful central location, making it easy to get around the city, and the convenience of having a parking garage available was a major plus.
The only downside was that the conference rooms and my hotel room stayed colder than expected throughout my stay. Other than that, everything else was great. Overall, a solid four-star experience and I would consider staying here again!

Watch out for the $75 nightly parking, no free breakfast, no free coffee or tea and rooms with no lights or water pressure. I have no idea how this is so highly rated.
No joke no lights in the ceiling over the bed area.
Had to come in an update the review. I was hit with a crazy amount of fees. Don't stay here.
