Just recently I gave a shot to staying at the modern hotel with its on site restaurant and bar, and I found the service to be consistently attentive and efficient. The front desk team anticipated my needs without prompting, and the staff in the restaurant kept the pace smooth even during the lunch rush. Overall the experience matched the high standard I expect from a well run operation

It’s been a while since I’ve given a Hilton hotel a five-star review, but this one truly deserves it. Hilton Garden Inn Seattle Downtown isn’t a luxury hotel, but it delivers what really matters—cleanliness, comfort, and good service. The hallways are spotless, the rooms are spacious, clean, and in great condition for what you pay. The staff is friendly and professional, always ready to assist. The lobby is cozy, perfect for relaxing, reading, or enjoying a drink by the fire. My experience here was genuinely pleasant. It’s a simple hotel done right, and it fully earns its five stars.

This is probably the worst corporate stay I ever been to. To start with, they charged my corp card for 10 days, while I stayed there for 7 days. It was so difficult to reach out to customer support, but somehow I was able to reach & then they refunded roughly for 2 days, means still charging for 1 day's extra.
On other things, there wifi was down for almost 3 days, and it created a big issue for people like me who are visiting from outside and relies on hotel wifi. The staff kept saying that it'll be fixed in next half an hr.
It's a small building in mid of other large buildings, so there would be of course no view from any rooms at all.
The rooms doesn't have basic things like water glasses, spoon, plates, anything at all. There was complimentary coffee at reception, but that would be over by 8am itself, and won't get refilled.
This is my first and last stay at any of the Hilton properties.
