A/C and or Heater is so loud you cannot sleep.I stayed here for a quick work trip and could barely focus to work because my sleep was so poor. TV is very slow. Elevators do not have tap key card for safety so anyone can access from the garage and go to any floor without a key card. The tap device is present in the elevator but does not actually work or function. The garage is open during the day and next to an alley so anyone can walk in from the alley and go up the elevators so this is a safety issue. I got texts if I texted to check out then I would be sent my invoice automatically for check out which did't happen. I had to call back 4 days later for my check out invoice.

The location are good but the parking were just too expensive and we got lucky with a parking garage that were a lot cheaper and only 5 minutes walk from the hotel.

The rooms are outdated. It’s pretty much basic hotel for the price. There was a fire drill and the speakers were broken so we didn’t hear that it was only a fire drill. That alone means that their fire drill does not work on actual emergencies. You pay for breakfast and dinner.
