I always get the room with the kitchen and balcony and it’s like my own little apartment. It could easily fit a family of 5. Free breakfast is always great and the staff is so accommodating and lovely. Marios Pizza/bar is right down the road and its a fun place! Along with the bar next door to them. Love this hotel. I was upgraded to a King Suite, which was incredibly spacious—larger than many one-bedroom apartments! It featured a large living area, work space, outdoor patio, full kitchen, large bedroom, fireplace, and bath. Highlights: ➡️ Prime Location: Situated in Lower Queen Anne, a charming neighborhood within easy walking distance of major sites, grocery stores, and restaurants. ➡️ A quality breakfast with varied options, including rotating eggs, omelets and breakfast meats daily, plus hard-boiled eggs. Complimentary 24/7 coffee, tea, and hot chocolate are available, along with pre-made breakfast bags for early departures. ➡️ Tech & Amenities: Plenty of outlets and lighting, including the option to enable motion-sensor lighting for safe movement at night. Other amenities include daily housekeeping, guest laundry on every floor (app or coin), a small but decent fitness room, and a pet-friendly policy. ➡️ Friendly Service: The front-desk staff were consistently friendly. Areas for Consideration: ⤵️ As expected in Seattle, parking is $30 per day. This covers on-site garages (compact spaces) and a lot. It's worth the cost, as street parking is challenging and often requires payment. ⤵️ Noise levels were generally reasonable. We occasionally heard footsteps from above, but the street noise was very muffled. ⤵️ The current Smart TVs have basic functionality, but larger, updated Smart TVs would be a nice future enhancement. ⤵️ 24/7 access to the Fitness Room would be preferable. Given its isolated location, with only a few rooms nearby, the current limitation seems unnecessary.
