  We had a lovely stay over Christmas and just wanted to say thank you to Catherine and Cecil especially (unsure if spelling is correct). Two fantastic employees who both went out of their way to either welcome us with an early check-in that was available, and Cecil who went out of his way to help me find some lost shoes. Very clean rooms thanks to Andrea and her team over the holidays too! This is our third time staying at Hampton at 700 Fifth Avenue and we love the staff, the location and everything it offers, but the kindness of Cecil and Catherine was exceptional so wanted to write a review!

  Nos rompieron el vidrio de la camioneta NO se quicieron hacer responsable y todavía nos cobraron por el parking fuimos mas de 5 personas a las que les rompieron si ventana MUY MALA EXPERIENCIA!

  My mom and dad both stay here whenever they come to visit us in Seattle. I’ve eaten the hotel breakfast with them here several times & it is very good. Pancakes, fresh fruit, the works. It’s also right across from the Seattle Symphony and the theater. One night my wife and I were headed to the Nutcracker in December. We did not expect the parking to be as expensive at the garage as it was ($45). So we decided to try here. It was $30 to park for the whole evening! BUT the staff worked out an excellent deal for us since my parents have stayed here so many times. We happily paid to park & had a delightful time without the wait & expense of the garage. Well worth it to stay here & the staff is amazing!

  the rooms are very over the top i must say. my 1 king bed room had a mirror that doubles as a closet, with an ironing board and iron in there?? and the bathroom had a hair dryer in it, and makeup wipes, just insane the amount of stuff they thought about when furnishing the rooms. however, some of the stuff just... broke? 😭 the hinge used to open the window sometimes just comes off (you can reattach but still), the curtains get stuck very often, and the TV (LG) is just SO blue and low resolution that you really shouldnt bother. the lady who signed me in was amazing though. the actual service you get from staff is great! and the entire hotel is designed in a way where i felt actually welcome to walk into the breakfast room and make stuff.

  This was a very nice Hampton Inn & Suites the rooms were very clean and spacious, the staff was excellent and housekeeping was excellent giving you an option of having your room cleaned every day or when you want it. Breakfast was offered every morning and it was very good. Parking was good, location was excellent close to the Space Needle and other fantastic sites to see. The reason that I give this a four star is that every morning they allowed homeless people to come in while you were eating and get food and coffee the reason this bothered me is mainly because of them touching the food with their hands and appliances with their hands, this could lead to people getting sick and just in general is unsanitary. All day and all night they would come in and out get coffee and to just roam around and at one point I heard a staff member say that someone's things were stolen from a table. To me this is unacceptable. My opinion is security should be at the entrance Door 24-hours a day to prevent this. This needs to be done because the staff is not stopping them from coming in. This made me very uncomfortable to be down there at times.
