This hotel is in a very convenient location — about a 15-minute walk from the train station, and with easy freeway access if you’re driving. I’ve stayed in several different room types here, but my favorite is the one with a patio overlooking the freeway. Although the building is fairly close to the freeway, the sound insulation is excellent. I was pleasantly surprised that there is not much traffic noise at all.

Not off to a good start. Me and my wife reserved a room here and we got there early in the AM to drop off our luggage and get some sleep at our son's house to come check in at 3 this afternoon but the front desk girl was SLEEPING!!! We tried to knock on the door to get her attention and she was out. What kind of place is this? We don't know if we will be back now.

We stayed here instead of downtown specifically for the pool for our kids..and it was out of order when we got there. Totally understand things happen but I wish they would have emailed or called and let us know before we past the cancellation deadline. Good breakfast options for my kids- (nothing gluten free for me) but I saw a worker with gloves on wipe tables down with cleaner and clear dirty plates off a table then with the same gloves touch the food utensils to mix up the eggs and open and close the hot food containers which was gross. There were also 3 homeless women that smelt really bad and looked like they were on hard drugs that somehow got into hotel and were taking as much food as they could onto plates and then hanging in the hall. Freaked me out being alone with my toddler. Housekeeping was great on bringing new towels each day. But this was the blanket in the bag and our comforter when we arrived. Just pretty gross. Was an ok stay! Price was good and parking per night was good.

Great hotel right where we needed to be for some medical treatments, the rooms were clean and spacious, bathrooms were great, (however, they have sliding doors that didn't stay shut and wasn't a fan of that part), bedding was clean, the whole staff from Bernadette at the front desk, to all the others that helped us extend, to the Breakfast room staff, to the room cleaning staff were all wonderful. Hotel, Halls, Garage, Workout Room, Breakfast area, every inch of this hotel was clean from top to bottom which is a nice change of pace, they are on top of it. And a great location, not far from Green Lake Park, there is a Movie Theater and Great Ramen place nearby, plenty of nice restaurants with great reviews, parking garage was not packed, everything was wonderful and close the the medical facilities in the area. Would definitely recommend and stay here again if I need to come back.

Arrived for check in and only then we're told that the pool and hot tub were "closed for maintenance", which was a huge letdown as it was one of the main reasons why we booked this specific hotel. Additionally while it was not specifically the hotel's fault, the people in the room directly above ours had a child running, banging and stomping consistently at 3 am, waking up my entire family, and it took 2 calls 20 minutes apart to the front desk and even then it took till nearly 4:30 am for it to go quiet. This was also emphasized by the fact that the walls and floors/ceilings are VERY thin (we could even hear the upstairs bed frame creaking loudly through the ceiling) and there is no fan or AC as any sort of dampener or white noise to any outside sounds. The mini fridge compressor coming on multiple times at night was also shockingly loud. Checking out in the morning I was met with a very curt front desk person that made it feel like I was bothering them. Honestly was so glad it was only a one night stay. The only positives were that the check-in person was friendly, the room was very clean & nice and the morning breakfast was really great.
