The receptionist I spoke to was incredibly kind, asking first if i was okay before we addressed the room. She packed all my belongings and put them in storage for me. I then talked to a different receptionist the following day and he credited the charge of the room back to me. This was such a relief and showed amazing customer service that went above and beyond. I'll only stay here when I travel to Seattle now. Thank you!
