    The hotel is in a great location, especially if you need to catch a flight the next day—very close to the airport. The price was excellent for the area. The free breakfast buffet was okay at best, but it’s hard to complain since it’s included. The only downsides were having to pay for parking, though I can live with that for a cheap night, and the beds. Unfortunately, the beds were very firm and made it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. Overall, good value for a short stay, but the beds could definitely use improvement.

    Place is a hideous dump! In the first room they put me in there was a window that was completely broken with huge cracks around it that was allowing freezing air to come in. There was some kind of jerry rigged chain added to the window, apparently to keep the drug addicts out! Absolutely crazy that this hotel chain feels this is acceptable! Didnt feel safe or morally correct that the hotel is in this state. Tried to increase the heat to offset freezing air coming in through the broken window but nope temperature would automatically reset itself to some lower level. Ultimately had to move to another room. On top of this they charge extra for parking, an absolute crime! Steer clear folks place is a disaster, i will NEVER come here again!

    Service was great, but the rooms are outdated, small, thin walls, only double sized beds available and was not in a good neighborhood. Pulling in and out of the hotel was challenging.

    Victor checked us in at 2am after a delayed flight and man he was amazing. Super friendly and accommodating, got fresh hot water for tea, meant the world to us. Just what we needed after a delayed flight into a missed connection. Thank you Victor!

    The location to the airport is good. The room had a bad smell. The Ac unit was broken and the entire hotel need updating. The lady at the front desk was not very helpful. The shuttle driver was nice.
