Clear directions or visible signs would greatly improve the arrival experience. The staff on the 3rd floor (massage staff) were mostly polite and provided proper service, which we appreciated. However, upon our exit, the doorman—an Asian male—purposely and intentionally closed the door in our faces. This behavior was unacceptable and completely ruined our overall experience. Unfortunately, due to this incident, we will not be returning.

It was our first stay there and I don't think we would have known if they didn't let us know beforehand and along the way. The staff went above and beyond for us the entirety of our stay.
