Disappointing experience. The pool was closed from 5-7 on Saturday night for chemical treatment. Insufficient signage let to a scary experience. Then when it was open again, the heater is broken and water is ice cold!!! Do not stay there. It smells bad and isn't being taken care of. The water filter needs to be changed at the filling station also. I can't say enough to warn you, the welcome reception and breakfast aren't worth it.

Hotel has the potential to be very nice but the rooms are outdated. They have 3 elevators but only 1 of them works. The staff are very friendly if you need something. Not a terrible hotel but there are others close by for the same price that are much nicer.

Room was filthy with mold in sink dust everywhere. Stained blankets and stained bed frame. Also it took 20 minutes just to get lukewarm water. We complained and they said you just got to let it run a while to warm up. But 30 minutes lasted still lukewarm. Did not get a hot shower.
We stay at Embassy Suits across the country often, and the free happy hour here was a joke. Just a few cubes of cheese and stale nut mix. No fruits or veggies. No meats, nothing warm.
Customer service was lacking severally. When we told them about the cleanliness they didn’t seem to care.

Everything was fine except you can’t use any amenities because there are no rules for children so a lot of the people here have been letting their children misbehave and destroy things and disrupt your quiet time. Yes we know kids will be kids but when I was younger I never jumped into a jacuzzi of adults and splashed as if they were there the hotel let the unattended children stay in the jacuzzi causing us to vacate the entire pool area first thing in the morning. Our neighbors decided to turn their music up at 3:51 am tried to call down to the desk but to our surprise our room phone did not work what so ever so I ended up handling the situation myself. We paid the same $500+ like everyone else so we expect the same consideration but they have not given us that so far I won’t be back just because they seem to bend the rules for who they want to bend the rules for.

The staff were absolutely so rude. First off the bartenders were crabby during happy hour. Then when I went to go to sleep at 2am my bed when I pulled down the sheets was full of hair I called the front desk who gave me an option of only moving my room or staying but I would have to move everything at 2am mind you. I said I need new bedding and she stated “I need to bring you new bedding?” you can get the bedding yourself by coming down. Mind you I have children in my room that I am not leaving alone I asked that they bring me new bedding as I’m in pajamas and unable to leave the room. She rudely states she gave me my options. I asked her for her name and she stated her name was the only person working tonight, I again asked her name and said I would be speaking to her manager as me asking for new bedding due to a dirty bed is not a unreasonable ask and she is being rude. She again said my name is the only person working ( this was also untrue as she had me hold while she spoke to another worker about what to do with a dirty bed. She then stated she didn’t need to give me a name. It’s a dirty hotel, rude staff and she made me feel very uncomfortable and was confrontational when I requested clean bedding. Don’t stay here!!!! Will add pics as well in daylight to show the nasty clumps of hair in my bed. I have at hotels 58 nights since January and I would never stay here again due to this disrespect from staff.
