Room was gross 😝 and there was half a roll of TP and we called for some more since there wasn't any in the room and the gal said YA OK you can come down and get some.. Also this morning the manager was so rude when I asked her some simple questions and blew me off. 10am on Jan 5th you know who you are! Also the hot tub is broken and the pool is freezing and slimy just so everyone knows! Oh shout out to the kitchen staff they were really nice and made the best omelets this morning!! So just the front end was not so good. Thanks

Cons: only one elevator works, prepare to wait longer than your comfortable with to get to and from your room. Late checkout is unavailable. Bathroom was was tired and worn out plus very dirty dirty with noticeable pubic hair around the outside of the tub. Omelette bar makes you stand in line the entire time; not place your order and wait for your name to be called while you sit and drink your coffee. Stood in line for 15 minutes waiting on my omelette. Not going to stay here again; the most mediocre embassy suits I’ve have the pleasure of staying at. Also remodeling is going on the rough spring 2026

Every member of the service team I interacted with was friendly, professional, and genuinely welcoming. The room was very clean, well-maintained, and serviced regularly, which made the stay comfortable and stress-free. The shuttle service was a major plus and incredibly convenient for getting around the area. What truly stood out, however, was the warm, made-to-order breakfast. It exceeded expectations and was a wonderful way to start each morning—much better than the standard hotel breakfast experience. Overall, this hotel delivered outstanding service, comfort, and value. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would absolutely choose to stay here again. Highly recommended.
