  Great location. Hotel is nice, clean and modern. Staff are extremely helpful and friendly. Cameron was a superstar! Answered my questions and helped me out on the spot. Definitely recommend staying if you are in the Seattle city area.

  Aster and Cam greeted us with smiles and sincere warmth and care to make sure each guest had the best experience possible. Shared recommendations, directions, answered all questions, and ensured we had a stress free experience. They went above and beyond to make sure to provide excellent service, represent the company with pride and making the customer feel valued. In addition all staff we encountered from the wait staff to housekeepers greeted us with smiles, asked if we they could help us with anything, and made my 60th birthday celebration very memorable!!

  Cam and Aster were the best front desk staff we've ever experienced. They were so helpful and happy to assist with any questions, recommendations, a map for the city since we were here for my aunts 60th birthday. We would absolutely come back and will stay here again. The restaurant staff were all super friendly and everyone overall, everyday asked how we were and if we needed anything. Kudos to the team and amazing employees that run and operate this hotel. 👏 such a incredible experience and honestly have not experienced such friendly staff in my years of traveling. They brought nothing but smiles!

  I never do reviews, but I just had to write one for your hotel to tell you about two outstanding employees. I attended the Seattle Garden show this past week and met Cameron at the front desk. She was so welcoming and knowledgeable at check in and throughout my stay. Also, she let me check in very early. Later, I had a problem with my in room coffee maker and a young man named Terray came and replaced it. He couldn't have been more helpful, also bringing additional supplies. I offered him a tip and he kindly refused, saying "it's my job." I couldn't help but leave a generous gratituity in an envelope for him at the front desk before I checked out. Your hotel was clean and well stocked and the elevator system is so much better than in the past. My only disappointment was your restaurant was not open for a quick lunch. However, another employee made some close by recommendations. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

  From the start, Cam at the front desk, made sure our stay was a great one. She helped us get our early check in situated, made sure we got a map, and that we knew all the tips and tricks on how to make our trip to Seattle the best one. She was a tremendous help, and her kindness started our trip off great. The only thing about our stay that was hard was the water pressure in our shower and the fact that our shower wouldn't stay warm. We assumed it was due to the construction happening, but it was a bit uncomfortable. Other than that, we had a great stay. The hospitality was great!
