Let me tell you about the staff first! Brian the best grade A experience, professionalism, attitude amazing, and just a great way of welcoming me into the city and property. His colleague with him on my arrival was amazing also they both worked that front desk. The restaurant was great can't remember her name long blonde hair. She kept asking was everything ok? Love how she stayed checking in on me and making sure I was good. Now to our rooms big 10 out of 10! Very clean and an amazing view. I recommend this property and location. King Brian keep being the amaxing person you are.

This is a great hotel! It is so close to all the landmark sceneries in Seattle and the customer service is phenomenal! Cameron helped us and was beyond kind. She helped with our room and asked questions to get to know me better and tailored our stay to my responses! It felt so great to be listened to and heard and I’m so grateful. She gave personalized and great recommendations. Cameron is AMAZING!!! Thank you to her and Crowne for such a wonderful stay!!

I had a great stay at Crowne Plaza from December 23rd to December 25th and really enjoyed my time there. The room was comfortable and clean, the view was beautiful, and the room service and food were both great.
I also want to give a shoutout to the receptionist, Cameron. She was amazing! Super kind, welcoming, and very accommodating, which made the stay even better.
The location is a big plus too. It’s very close to the Symphony rail link and within easy walking distance to downtown and Pike Place, which made getting around super easy.
I had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again.

This Crowne Plaza delivered a very comfortable and genuinely enjoyable stay, largely thanks to consistently excellent staff. As an IHG Platinum Elite member, an upgrade was provided smoothly and without any hassle. Two rooms were booked for a family stay, and while only one could be upgraded to a suite, the check-in team thoughtfully ensured both rooms were located close together so everyone could stay nearby.
A small issue arose with prepaid breakfast not being reflected correctly, resulting in charges being posted to the room. This was brought to the hotel’s attention and resolved very quickly and professionally. Minor in-room issues, such as a slow-draining bath, were also addressed promptly once reported.
A particularly appreciated touch was the SMS check-in message sent shortly after arrival, asking how the stay was going. This made it easy to flag issues and have them handled quickly without needing to return to the desk.
Across the board, staff interactions were excellent. The front desk team, restaurant staff, and even housekeeping were friendly, welcoming, and clearly happy to help. Questions were met with smiles and helpful recommendations, and every interaction reinforced the sense that service genuinely mattered here.
Overall, this was a very comfortable stay with standout service. The hotel is easy to recommend and would be gladly chosen again.

We booked this hotel specifically for New Year’s Eve with the expectation of having a Space Needle fireworks view. Unfortunately, due to heavy fog, nothing was visible. While I understand this is a natural weather event and not the hotel’s fault, it was still very disappointing given the reason for our booking.
What was unacceptable, especially for the price paid, was the in-room experience. None of the TV apps worked—no Netflix or any streaming services at all. Traveling with a child, this was extremely frustrating, as the TV is an important part of keeping kids entertained, particularly late at night on New Year’s Eve.
Additionally, when I called the front desk for assistance, the experience was very poor. I was placed on hold twice, each time for over 30 minutes, and no one ever came back to the line. This level of customer service is not what I expect from an IHG property.
Overall, while the fog was unavoidable, the lack of working amenities and the poor response from the front desk significantly impacted our stay. For the price and brand reputation, I expected much better service and reliability.
