  I had one of the best customer service experiences ever staying at the Crowne Plaza. Nannette at the front desk is amazing and deserves complete recognition. From our first interaction, she was so happy and approachable. Friendly, kind, patient, resourceful, respectful, and accommodating! I want to commend her because it takes a special person to be that way. Thank you Nannette! I’ll always remember you. Lynn and Shrey (not Shoemaker haha)

  I checked into the hotel with high hopes. It was higher rates than normal. No one when I called or on the website told us it would be 60$+ to park daily. That was a shocker. No spaces available on the street.i have never been to Seattle before so i don’t know the area and the parking situation. Don’t know you had to valet park until I got there. The room view was exceptional.. loved that part. We didn’t get serviced for the 3 days we were there from house keeping. The fridge broke and ruined food and leaked all over the floor. Very noisy in the hall way and from upstairs. Tried calling down stairs multiple times and they would pick up the phone and just put me on hold , not can you hold please.. nothing. When I checked out I brought this to their attention. I called the next day and asked for a manager.. got the front desk manager not the hotel manager and she did nothing but tell me they were sorry. No empathy or anything. I hope this brings attention and no one else has to have this experience.

  I had an amazing stay and great experience with the staff. Huge shout out to Jody, she made sure I was taken care of and can’t thank her enough for taking the time to reach out to me and explain things directly. Hotel staff, esp Agnesa, checked on me throughout my stay and made everything easy and effortless. Highly recommend staying here.

  Great hotel that is close to everything downtown! Very walkable to the piers and Pikes Market. Lots of restaurants and coffee shops nearby. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. The rooms and entire property was very clean! Would definitely stay again for downtown Seattle needs! The restaurant Elevation on-site also had decent food and great service too!

  I recently stayed at this hotel and had a very upsetting experience. When I checked into my room, I noticed what appeared to be body lice on the bed and in the carpet of my room. I informed the front desk and was moved to another room, but unfortunately I then found the lice were on my clothing and belongings. This was extremely stressful, unsanitary, and completely unacceptable for any lodging environment. I requested a refund given the circumstances, but the only response offered to me was a complimentary breakfast. I did not feel that this response reflected the seriousness of the situation or the inconvenience and distress it caused. I ultimately checked out and had to take additional steps to sanitize my belongings. I understand that issues can sometimes happen, but what matters most is how they are handled. In this case, I did not feel that the hotel took the situation seriously or provided an appropriate resolution. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend staying here.
