The area is good, it is conveniently located to the light rail but the day staff that works around 11am and on is extremely rude, discourteous, arrogant, at times verbally abusive, unwilling to assist, and generally just truly awful and unpleasant to deal with. I highly recommend not needing help or understanding when it comes to these people, general manager during this time loves to raise his voice while verbally harassing and berating people, desk agents are no better.
This place tends to be overpriced as well.
Always super impressed with the value here. Rooms are spotless, if basic, and quiet on the top floor. Even air traffic is not too bad compared to other SeaTac hotels.
I stayed at the Best Western near SeaTac Airport for about a week, which gave me a pretty solid feel for the place.
If you’re flying into SeaTac and only need a place for one night, this hotel is a gem. For short stays, especially before or after a flight, it checks a lot of boxes.
Pros:
-Airport shuttle makes it easy to skip renting a car
-Easy check-in and staff were polite (not exceptional, but pleasant and professional)
-Large dining/breakfast area with plenty of seating. Outlets at some tables to charge devices. Excellent breakfast. TV in the breakfast area showing live flight statuses, which is incredibly convenient
-Gym, pool, and sauna available
-The gym has a decent variety of equipment
-I didn’t use the pool myself, but I did see multiple groups walk in, look at the water, and leave — so I’m not confident the conditions are great.
Cons (important if you’re staying more than a night):
-No microwaves in the rooms. There are refrigerators, but if you buy groceries, you’re limited to cold food
-You can use the microwave in the breakfast/diving area, but it is inconvenient
-Very uncomfortable mattress. There were permanent indents on both sides, causing a noticeable slant. I constantly felt like my body was rolling off the bed
-Fire alarms. Several reviews mention alarms going off due to shower steam. While mine didn’t go off, I heard alarms sounding in various rooms throughout the building daily.
-Noise was obvious in adjacent rooms. Between the fire alarms, the neighbor noises and the slanted mattress, I didn’t get much sleep.
-Extremely damp/moist air inside the rooms. The room felt wet even while sitting still. Walking barefoot on the carpet, it actually felt damp.
-Poor airflow in the gym. It’s located next to the pool/steam area, making it uncomfortable. I only used it once because of this.
Other notes:
-I did not see any mold or bugs, which is a plus.
Final takeaway:
This hotel is perfect for travelers needing a convenient, one-night stay near SeaTac. The shuttle, breakfast, and flight display alone make it worth it for that purpose. However, I would not recommend it for longer stays due to comfort issues, moisture levels and lack of in-room amenities like microwaves.

I thought it was no longer possible to get a decent hotel in a prime location for under a 100 bucks… Turns out I was wrong! Perfectly satisfactory airport-adjacent stay. Thank you to the friendly staff for extra snacks for our kid and complimentary water.

The customer service was incredible! My flight was cancelled and I had to stay over night. They gave me early check in, shuttle service to the metro station so I could check out downtown, and held my bags after I checked out, so I could pick them up before my flight. If you have to choose an airport hotel this is a great option!
