    Stayed for 1 night. Basic accommodations. I encourage this hotel to install electric vehicle (EV) charging stations on property. Front desk even told me upon check-in that the nearby Quality Inn get inquiries from prospective guests asking about EV charging stations. They could secure more nightly bookings if they had it. Few hotels in the area offered EV chargers so this would be an easy point of differentiation to secure more room bookings. If you decide to implement EV chargers, I recommend contacting Pangea Charging to take care of this for your hotel.

    The only reason we stayed here is bc it's proximity to the airport. Was staying with family in Seattle, but lightrail didn't run that early & it offered free airport shuttle. Big mistake. They have bedbugs. It's also creepy & outdated & not the safest area. Cancel if you can. DO NOT RECOMMEND

    Staff was great. Room was old, dark, and creepy. Chair and couch were worn out and couch was so dark you could barely see the disgusting stains. Sheets and towels looked clean. Not likely to come back but served a purpose. Bonus, no opaque bathroom barn door.

    On a positive note, the parking is secure which is great. However, the bed was pretty bad and caused back pain on my flight day. Also, when we returned and needed the shuttle, it took them an hour after we initially called them to come get us. The front desk worker had poor communication. EDIT: the problem wasn't with traffic in our case. The shuttle driver was on lunch break. So, if you stay here, try to fly back during a time other than the shuttle driver's lunch break.
