  もしダウンタウンに泊まるほど時間がなく、空港近くに泊まる予定であれば断然おすすめです。 空港からのシャトルバスは空港の2階からパーキングロット側へ渡ってから1階の3Bに来ます。電話してから20-30分到着まで外で待たされます。11月で寒かったです。 ダウンタウンへは電車1本で行けるのでとても便利です。空港へ戻るシャトルバスは1時間に1回出ています。朝食は無料です。 キングスイートルームに泊まって、お部屋はとてもきれいで良かったのですが、ただソファから電源まで遠くて携帯充電しながらくつろげなかったのだけがマイナスでした。 ランドリールームは各階にあるかはわかりませんが、少なくとも4階、3階、2階にはありました。3階の乾燥機はhigh tempで60分やったのに開けたら乾いていないし中もぬるかったので壊れてる？2階の乾燥機でやり直したらちゃんと乾きました。アプリをダウンロードして都度支払いで洗濯できるので、待ち時間も携帯で見れて便利です。洗剤と柔軟剤はもしかすると1階で買えるかもしれませんな持参したので確かではないです。 中心地からは離れていますが、シャトルバスで無料でリストの場所に連れて行ってくれます。 スタッフの方々もとてもフレンドリーで予想以上に満足でした！

  Very close to the airport. The shuttle people are on point and ready to drive you! Room are super clean and housekeeping is very nice and friendly. Front desk staff are helpful, I have encountered one person that had an abrasive attitude, I think she was management or something when I was checking in. She kept repeating herself cuz I guess I wasn't swiping my card fast enough lol. Overall great experience!

  Great location if your spending time in Seattle. Everything was good except check in around 3 pm was a hassle because they didn’t recognize me as an IHG member. Frustrated, I tried to explain that my use IHG was limited meaning I didn’t know the in/PW so just booked on Expedia. So just because of this, the receptionist said I wouldn’t be able to check in then. The issue was eventually resolved, but if customers book ahead online with a CC, why is this an issue? Just have an exclusive Holiday Inn Express App without subsidiaries like “booking.com, Expedia, Kayak, etc. Food court was excellent with healthy options. Highly recommend supplying better quality folks, knives, and spoons because it’s the cheapest stuff that you’d find at a dollar store. Try eating or cutting with the plastic! My knife was too flimsy to cut food!

  The room was great and the beds were comfortable. However, if you need a shuttle to or from the airport, prepare to wait. We waited a long time when we landed and then they told us it runs every 30 minutes on the hour and half hour starting at 3 am. We got downstairs to the lobby at 6:45 am and it was after 7 am and no shuttle. The shuttle driver then shows up and says oh no, another shuttle will be coming. I asked the front desk and she says it will be a few minutes. The same shuttle driver shows up again and says no yet again and another shuttle will be coming. It's now been 45 minutes and no shuttle. We ended up calling an Uber instead. The front desk was useless and when you say you have a shuttle every 30 minutes, you should have a shuttle or communicate what's going on. I will not stay at this hotel again merely due to the poor customer service.

  Found parking towards rear of hotel to unload bags far from entrance. Could smell heavy smoke and scent of MJ. Upon walking to front to check in was approached by a man asking if I was selling meth. Lobby smelled of smoke. Front Desk staff was rude, unpolite, and treated me poorly. As a IHG rewards member I've never experienced such awful service from hotel staff. Our date of stay was 10-16-25 and checked in after 10pm. Our rooms bathroom was dirty, had poor water pressure, sink drain was slow and few towels. I'd never stay here again. Our room was 75 degrees and smelled. The a/c wall thermostat was not working and we simply used the units controls. The Hampton Inn on 28th is a much, much nicer hotel and I highly recommend it over this property. Aloft hotel is nice too. The newer Marriott is also nice. I visit Seattle often and this is my first and last stay at this IHG property. I left this hotel angry from my experience.
