  This hotel is right near SeaTac Airport and has a 24/7 shuttle. They'll also shuttle you anywhere within a mile of the hotel! AND it's right next to Angle Lake light rail station. That gives you access to Seattle, Federal Way, Lynwood, and everything in between! Very kind, very clean. Around $22 extra if you park a car in their lot.

  As I couldn’t give 0 star so giving one. The AC in my room didn’t work, it was so hot even in January inside room. I was not able to get any sleep due to AC malfunction. I stayed in room 411 on Jan 3rd 2026.

  This is the worst experience I’ve ever had with any hotel. I called to cancel my reservation because my 8 year old got a kidney stone, and not only did they not follow through with having a manager “Sarah” call me back, they transferred me to a member scheme trying to sell me a non existent vacation. Horrendous they treat their members this way. So not using any IHG hotel ever again, thanks SeaTac Holiday Inn Express!

  Review edited to add- do not believe any information on any website other than the official ihg holiday inn website. The work site we booked through, Google and Expedia all say free parking. That is not correct, they will charge you. I don't know if it used to be free and now it's not or they advertise free on outside websites and then once they get you they charge you, but it's over twenty dollars a day parking charges. I talked to the manager (Zuri) today and showed her all the sites that show free parking and she just kept saying it shows on their official website they charge. We took our rental back early to try and mitigate some of the damage. We booked and agreed on a price that included free parking. It's sad to get ambushed with such a high charge as a surprise. Original review for five stars- They held our room for a red eye. Clean and nice. Quiet. Great breakfast, shuttle is nice. Best part was how friendly and nice the staff was. Best ever. Glad we stayed here. Thank you!
