  Stayed last night and your checkout person at 2:30 this morning was awesome. She had a few things for us truck drivers to eat in the dining room. Never had that at your establishment till this morning. Didn't catch her name but very grateful for what she did. She deserves recognition.

  This was the best hotel I've ever stayed in. The shower had extreme water pressure, enough to scrub You clean. The beds have thicker blanket/comforter, rather than a thin bedspread where I am cold all night. And I was happy to see a microwave, where that last hotel, ( which was 4 stars) didn't. This hotel was the best hotel night I've had, bar none.

  I have stayed here many times over the years. The rooms are nice and always clean, you get plenty of towels and the towels are nice and big and fluffy. The staff is friendly and helpful, and we love that the pool is open 24 hours so we can have fun all night long. Their breakfast is top notch, and every evening they put out fresh cookies in the lobby which is very sweet. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone traveling through Eastern Washington. It's not terribly far from Spokane and a much nicer place to stay than in the gross city of Spokane if you have business there.

  10 stars for Justin!! He took my reservation over the phone and I never met him during my stay. He was so attentive and personable and professional. And accommodating explaining my options to me. Asking me questions about room preferences, etc. I think if every company had a Justin, they would be booked out 7 nights a week. He genuinely made me feel like a million bucks, like most employees don't really intuitively gauge your needs ahead of time, the way he did. Don't lose your sparkle Justin! <3 Thank you for what you do. It was a pleasure booking with you.

  Stayed here because all decent hotels booked up in Spokane. Was very pleasantly surprised by how clean and welcoming this hotel was. Room was super clean, bed comfy and pool open 24/7. And the breakfast was 10/10. Great selection and hot! Definitely adding this one to our list and will be back if we ever need to. And the lady who checked us in the eventing we arrived was super sweet and nice. Appreciate that after a long drive.
