- KKkizarze4 days ago1.0I canceled reservation over 24 hours in advance due to Snoqualmie Pass closure / snow. They were unforgiving and unwilling to give a partial refund or credit.
- BBBrendanFeb 25, 20261.0Old windows in room let in cold air and road noise as if they were wide open. Got zero sleep and the clerk at the front desk refused to move my room because and I quote "the flight crews might be checking in soon". I travel often for work but this is the last time I will ever stay at a Holiday Inn. P.S. the curtains also had mold on them. Didn't bother mentioning it to the staff because I figured they would be equally unhelpful.

Updating my review from last night to lower rating further. Also, sound coming into my room from every angle, so couldn't sleep past 5AM despite the worst sleep I've had in a hotel for a long time. Shower has at least 2 other people's hair in it (not mine, staying alone). Won't be staying here again. Initial review: My room is hotter than the luke warm shower and paint is peeling off the ceiling in my room (looks pinkish underneath, maybe mold?). Will likely stay elsewhere next visit.

The absolutely arrogant woman at the front desk forced us to check out and then check back in after 3 o’clock. She said it was due to a difference in the rooms. Whoever thought She should be the public Face of your hotel was greatly mistaken. Additionally, the entire hotel smelled like cigarette smoke. You had to hold your breath to get from your room to the car. Do not stay at this hotel.
