My husband and I stayed at this hotel in July 2025. We attempted to add an additional night onto our reservation online. The absolutely arrogant woman at the front desk forced us to check out and then check back in after 3 o’clock. She said it was due to a difference in the rooms. Whoever thought She should be the public Face of your hotel was greatly mistaken. Additionally, the entire hotel smelled like cigarette smoke. You had to hold your breath to get from your room to the car. Do not stay at this hotel.

This was a very nice hotel with a great view. The bed was comfortable and everything was very clean. The bathroom was a little small, but it was ok. The service was excellent, especially Raquel who was serving drinks. She went above and beyond to please everyone, and she is a joy to be around.

After staying here a night, I'm gonna give this place 3 stars. The first room we were in, room 137, smelled of mildew, so we got a different room, room 161. It was better and didn't smell as bad as the first room, although the water pressure left something to be desired. I was not impressed with the water pressure in the shower. This hotel used to be a red lion, and the main thing that this hotel has going for it, is it's location. It is located centrally, in Central Richland, right off the main drag. In the night, when I was trying to get to sleep, I kept on smelling a certain smell, which smelled like a hospital or an airport. Then, in the morning I saw a sticker on the bathroom mirror that said this place uses hospital grade sanitizer, so that explains that. The front desk woman was nice though, she was pleasant to deal with. Overall, I would stay at this hotel again. There is no free breakfast option, it's a restaurant.

Whichever girl worked graveyard Tuesday night to Wednesday morning is the specific reason I hadn’t booked a room. I called to book a suite for my parents for their anniversary and she answered “Front Desk”, when I asked her to whom am I speaking with she curtly said “Front Desk.” When I said “Oh you aren’t going to identify yourself?” she scoffed and said “Yeah no. What can I help you with” Every time I have ever called a hotel I’ve never had a clerk refuse to say their name! I feel like it’s pretty standard to ask that way if any problems come up I can tell the hotel who I spoke with , which has saved me in previous situations. To not want to say your first name just feels like you aren’t proud of your work and I refuse to put my parents in a hotel where the staff has a nasty attitude in the first 30 seconds of conversation.
