    The breakfast is not that good as a buffet, it is your typical breakfast that a lot of Hilton hotels have that is included. Here it costs you $16.50 with tax. They do have a menu that is cook to order.

    Don't let the beautiful lobby fool you, the rest of the hotel is meh at best. Everything feels outdated and blah. My room had a heating/cooling unit at the window that was so noisy. I had to turn it on constant fan to avoid the rattling it made when it kicked in. Couldn't use the heat at all because it was constantly noisy. Beds were okay. TV was small. Definitely one of the worst Hiltons that I've stayed in.

    I stayed at Hilton Garden Inn many times this month and I can honestly say it was one of the best hotel experiences I've ever had. Mia, in particular, was an absolute lifesaver. From the moment I checked in, she was incredibly kind and understanding. I was going through a personal crisis, and Mia went out of her way to make sure I felt comfortable, safe, and well taken care of. The rest of the team mostly PM crew was equally amazing. Every staff member I interacted with— whether at the front desk or in housekeeping—was warm, compassionate, and professional. It's clear they are all trained to provide excellent service, but the genuine care they showed made it stand out. I also want to give a special thank you to the hotel managers Nina and supervisor Greg. When I spoke with them about my situation, they were incredibly supportive and made sure I had everything I needed. It's not often you find a hotel staff that genuinely cares about their guests' well-being, and I felt truly valued during my stay. I can't recommend this hotel enough. If you're looking for a place where the staff treats you like family, this is it. Thank you, Mia and the entire team, for turning a difficult time into a more manageable one. Your kindness will not be forgotten!

    Great customer service. Comfy beds & pillows. Clean! Love the filtered water machine in the lobby too! I think this was my third time here and I'll definitely be back.

    I'm a fan of the Hilton brand. However, this hotel is extremely outdated. The furnishings and decor, outside of the lobby area, are straight from the 1980s. My tub has stains and standing water for some reason, and, as many others have mentioned, not all amenities are available. Both front desk staff I dealt with seemed like I was bothering them and they'd have rather been doing anything else. I'm disappointed, as this chain, even though it's lower end Hilton, is typically rather consistent. I did reach out THREE times to the hotel via the Hilton app chat. Zero response. I merely wanted to know if they still served breakfast since the restaurant, bar, room service, pool, and hot tub are all unavailable. Indefinitely based on hotel signage. That was not made clear when I made my reservation. (Yes, they still do breakfast). However, I chose this location because of many of those amenities.
