Because of this, I ended up paying $267.55 for one night at this hotel. The hotel claims the refund was already processed and tells me to contact my bank. My bank has confirmed no refund was ever issued. Booking.com has also been contacted but has been no help at all. This situation is unacceptable. Paying nearly $300 for one night in what is essentially a 2-star hotel is not reasonable. Stay away from this hotel if you do not want to deal with refund issues and poor customer support.

And then there’s the noise you can hear every single noise and sneeze. The worst insulation hotel I ever stayed at… the only positive was the water was extremely hot for nice bath that’s about it

The rooms were okay - they are not the same quality as the common areas, but they were updated to a certain point. The bathrooms were fairly outdated, small, and the water pressure was mediocre, but the vanity and sink was separate from the toilet and shower, which I prefer. I wish they had Roku TVs as there were not many channels and my son only barely liked one channel, and it's only because it was playing Halloween movies, which is one of his fave holidays. Room service was on top of things. Concessions was way overpriced. In my opinion, the rooms were slightly overpriced as well. The hotel sits upon a steep hill with a speed bump halfway up, which was annoying - can't imagine how well that would work if it were icy. The location was quiet, seemingly secluded, but the surrounding woods was riddled with garbage, so much so that I didn't let my dogs off-leash to explore.

The service was phenomenal (Osmyrer), she had a great smile and took care of all of our needs when I had messed up our reservation. The room was clean and comfortable. The bed was amazing made for a good sleep. The only thing I think that needs attention is the breakfast, it is pretty pedestrian.
