    Stay away from this hotel. They are very inconsiderate. They will cancel your stay and cause you severe inconvenience and will not hesitate to conap with the cops and throw you out. They threw 3 people out after canceling their remaining 2 days and promising them that they will extend their stay. These people even offered to pay double after they told them to leave and that they will no longer extend the stay they promised them. This was one of the most racist acts I've ever seen. It brought tears to my eyes and as a black lady myself. I don't feel safe here anymore. Stay away from this place!

    This is a great Holiday Inn Express. It is nicely decorated, the rooms were nice, very clean. The breakfast was good. The staff were nice. The location was great for my visit there. I would definitely stay here again.

    Definitely nice hotel for the price. I stayed in a couple different rooms over a few days here and one of the nights the door had previously been kicked in or busted in or whatever. And repaired, but not repaired very well. So the door when it shuts it wiggles, and you can actually see a lot of daylight from the hallway through it. Luckily, it has the extra locks on the door but someone did jiggle the door in the middle of the night, alarming us because it sounded like they were coming through. Very good breakfast options pretty much about anything.You could want. The staff when checking in is super friendly and a helpful.

    Friendly staff. Comfortable beds in clean rooms. Despite its location, no noise complaints. Convenient, close to mall, and of course hwy access is right there. Appreciate the little "snack shack" they have set up. VERY minor frustrations: hot tub out of order during our visit (but nephew had a blast in the pool!), and only the first floor has an ice machine. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

    Kayla at the front desk was very welcoming. The breakfast was good. But unfortunately our room reeked of chlorine. We were on the third floor above the pool and the smell was very strong. Avoid rooms 01-04.
