- ACAlex ChoiNov 13, 20251.0This hotel is ok but the front desk staff was a lie and not helpful at all! Due to our work, we always stayed in this hotel. This time the night receptionist gave us a choice for two rooms : one on the second floor and one on the first floor. He tried to sell the handicap room on the first floor and told us that the 2nd floor room would be very noisy due to construction. We picked the noisy 2nd floor one: it’s a lie! The room was nice and clean with no construction at all! Then we asked him if there is any way we could put some of our baby foods in the hotel kitchen freezer for convenient since the hotel fridge was very little. He rejected without thinking (didn’t even checked with his superior) He only mentioned the kitchen manager didn’t allow but we stayed here all the time and we had this experience to do so. This is not only a hospitality but it’s also a curtesy to help out. We strongly believe that small little things could tell how a good hotel would be as all details count! HOLIDAY INN is a well know professional brand name hotel chain. They don’t deserve to have someone like this person to be at the front desk. PS we checked in at 11/12/25 11pm. Then we found spider in the room right after I have photos and video for proof
