AMANDA, front desk staff was extremely helpful 2X * The first time was when a fire alarm near our room was beeping driving our dog crazy. She quickly came up to our floor (in a separate building) to investigate. She found the alarm with the battery going out in the room next to us and addressed it promptly. * The second time was helping us figure out the TV guide. They had just done upgrades and the floor we are on wasn't updated yet so the guide was off. She gave us a cheat sheet which worked great. Thank you Amanda for such excellent service during our stay.
- LFLara FishkinSep 12, 20253.0Amanda had a really poor and unprofessional attitude with us. The individual in the room next to us was so loud that we initially thought someone was in our bathroom. The second room she offered us was so loud that we could hear their TV from the hallway. Amanda told us that she knew the guy in the first room was really loud, he was a regular. When I asked why she'd put us in a room next to such a loud person, she was immediately defensive and angry. Amanda snapped back that we were lucky that she wasn't going to charge us $10 to change rooms. Despite the very thin walls, the third room was quiet. The hotel was fine, overpriced for what it is, but overall adequate. Customer service was some of the worst I've ever experienced.
