- RPRose P.4 days ago5.0Overall the BEST Best Western I have encountered! Competent, kind, and gracious staff at the desk, breakfast, and restaurant. Everything was a step above most mid-range hotels: multiple weight machines/ yoga mats in the fitness room, two TVs in the bedroom, better breakfast, decent coffee, very clean everything. And a good martini at the bar! Also, they priced my vegetarian pizza lower when I asked for no meat, instead of keeping the price the same— those little details matter. I travel a lot and it’s rare to feel so welcome these days. Thanks BW! I will return next time I am in the Tri-Cities area.

The daytime clerk, Nina was also very kind, compassionate, and knowledgable about the services at the hote. She made me feel more confidant about getting to the airport. Thank you Nina!

All the employees I interacted with during my brief, overnight stay (front desk, breakfast servers) displayed a welcoming attitude that they enjoyed working there. Appreciated that someone actually answered the phone when I had reservation questions! Was too full from Thanksgiving dinner to eat breakfast the next day but it looked wonderful with a lot of options. Fresh buffet… hot omelet to order… two types of coffee flavors (dark and regular) ... Who does that anymore?!
