We booked pretty last minute (for check in within a few hours after our call) on a Friday evening and the rate was reasonable, the staff was very friendly, and the room was clean. A major deciding factor is that they are pet friendly and we had our small dog with us. The hotel seems pretty new and well kept. They serve a full breakfast, which was a nice surprise. We experienced a minor issue and it was resolved very quickly- no complaints there.
Note: They have a check in kiosk and I highly recommend just checking in with the front desk for now- it took forever for the kiosk to load and once you start the check in process on the kiosk, you can’t cancel it. Two other parties were checked in by the desk before the machine finally spit out our room keys.

The breakfast adds a tremendous amount of value to the price we pay to stay here. Yes, it cost 2.5 times more than the getto hotel down the street BUT you get 100 times the value....maybe more.
For one: interior hallways with doors that close all the way, extra locks AND working tv's.
Two: a staff that gives EXCELLENT customer service. I stayed 4 nights, so I met a good handful. Each and every one knew their stuff and didn't mess around. Sincere smiles on their faces. It really seems like they enjoy their jobs!!
Side note: 1 tv didn't work the first night. Desk clerk was up in minutes to try and figure it out, but we were both befuddled. I let him know it was ok to have it fixed the next day. Took off the next morning and when I returned later, it was FIXED!! Didn't even have to follow up.
Breakfast with taters or biscuits n gravy, eggs and bacon or sausage (selections vary per day) is really nice. Fresh fruit, yogurt, cereal, a hands free toaster AND hands free pancake machine. Real butter, peanut butter and more! All you can drink juices in the morning and a 24 hour coffee machine with a selection of tees and hot cocoa! (The negative: the weird shelf stable creamer! You literally have a fridge a few feet away and could offer half n half. Especially since you provide the extra flavor enhancers and even honey)
The pool is decent sized, but I'd lay money that the deep end is slightly deeper than 5' lol. Very clean (hot tub too). Tons of fresh towels. A shower right there and restrooms down the hall.
The grounds are tidy, they have a small "store" where you can buy beer, a frozen dinner, candy, chips and even local art for a decent price!!
I've stayed in a good handful of hotels as a single female traveler. When you look at this price point for the level of amenities and happy employees, it's worth every penny!! I felt very safe the entire time and that alone is worth a million bucks xo

Was just a quick in and out stay. Everyone was friendly the room was clean, and they had a decent breakfast. It was a great place to get some rest and a breakfast on road trip.

This is our go-to hotel in the Omak area. It is well-run with friendly, helpful staff. Michael in the breakfast bar area does a great job serving delicious food while keeping a clean eating space.

I checked in without a reservation approximately at 4:30pm. (although I travel often, I’m not a BW rewards member. I’m a diamond member with a different hotel). During my check in, their credit card processing system wasn’t working. The clerk took my card and wrote down my card information to run as soon as their system was operational. They decided to wait until their shift change to run the card. This didn’t happen until 11pm! The initial clerk forgot to write down my card expiration date. I had someone knocking on my door from a dead sleep to give them my card again. The manager told them to wake me up to get this. They waited almost 6 hours to run my card from my initial check in. Infuriating. Needless to say, I’ll make sure not a single salesperson or delivery driver from my company will be staying at this hotel.
