- TWTiffany WilliamsFeb 23, 20264.0My overall stay was great, however... There was a constant elevator hydraulic oil smell on every floor, in the elevator, and lobby that was just too much. I had to always cover my face to not breathe in the fumes, but still had a metallic taste from the chemical vapors. It may be worth looking into this for your guests.

Her fiancé rented a suite and had to find a way to get ahead of her and be waiting on bended knee as she arrived while a bunch of us hid in another room.The general manager (Devin) and front desk staff worked personally with us on coming up with a plan and they were SO helpful in executing this surprise and making sure we had everything we needed! The dining experience (with a last minute reservation set up for 14 of us)was amazing and adding a room for me to stay was easy. All this was done with little notice to them on New Year's Eve during a very busy time with many guests coming and going. Yet Devin and his staff stayed calm and polite and worked hard all night to keep up with everyone, all with a "no problem" attitude! This was an amazing and very special experience for all of us. Breakfast buffet the next day was also so good and the lobby and dining area clean and beautiful. We did have an incident that needed to be addressed in the end, but Devin was so professional in how he handled this, as well as everything he managed from start to finish. I would ABSOLUTELY recommend this place to anyone who wants to feel like they are staying in a luxury hotel where nothing is more important than their comfort and experience there. Top notch management and well-trained staff make all the difference.
