Last night, we stayed yet again, and unfortunately by the time we got in to check-in later in the afternoon, no rooms were available just yet for us to do so. Elena (I hope I spelt that right) was our point of contact, and boy was it such a great experience with all things considered. She went above and beyond to check if anything else was available for us, while also trying to manage the people that had been waiting like us, those continuing to come in behind us, and the phone lines. I'm sure it was a lot to juggle but she came off very seasoned and great at what she does! Her customer service is one reason we have continued to come to this location each time. I've had other hiccups here, not at the hotels cost, but she has offered me the best advice to navigate it productivity and it's worked out each time. I will always appreciate that and her for her true hospitality.

Elena at the front desk was professional, friendly, and genuinely committed to resolving the situation to my satisfaction. I really appreciated her excellent service. Although we weren’t able to stay that day, I can’t comment on the rooms—but I would not hesitate to book a stay at this hotel in the future.

Everyone at the front desk is super friendly and excited to help you with whatever you need. It was definitely five-star service. The rooms are clean and surprisingly good sized. I never heard anyone else ever. It also features an underground parking garage with secure access. One of our rooms that was closer to the freeway had a little bit of road noise from I-5. Location is good because it is located next to on off ramp to I-5 with plenty of restaurants within a few minutes and the Seattle premium outlets nearby as well.
