  Fantastic customer service that exceeds a 5 star rating! I arrived at a busy hour with multiple people checking in at the same time. Elena was working at the front desk and addressed each checkin promptly. She was friendly and professional, her positive attitude completely lifting my mood after an exhausting days drive to get here. The room was clean and updated. Also, my kids absolutely enjoyed to heat pool. I highly recommend.

  I don't know how the riffaft can afford to stay here at $217 a night! However, the were as shady as the homeless at the gas station. The room was clean and smells great. Bedding and pillows smelled like good old fashion clorox, made me happy. The bathroom towels are clean smells fresh and colors but the towels are Fluffy, soft, and dry your body! I had to clean up some water off the bathroom floor and let me tell you something, white towels do not lie!!! THAT TOWEL WAS STILL WHITE AFTER MOPING UP THE WATER OFF THE FLOOR!!! I WAS IMPRESSED!! Housekeeping gets yhe biggest 5 star rating from my whole stay here!! The website said $109 a night, I'm not sure WHY I was charged Double that!

  Amazing. CLEAN. Had an awful day before check in, while checking in I was actively crying. The gentleman helping me check in was SO KIND and didnt make me feel more uncomfortable than I already was. I got into my room and found a spacious room with all the room amenities you might need. The shades draw all the way closed for maximum darkness and privacy. They have fresh ice water with lemon in the lobby as well as fresh baked cookies. The pool was properly taken care of and didnt smell overly chemical. The bathrooms are also quite large is a walk in shower. I cannot understate how clean this place felt compared to the Quilty Inn up the street. I had to leave there and come check into this wonderful Holiday Inn, because of the Quality Inns cleanliness problem.

  My room was less than up to par when I arrived I was given a pet friendly room and they were stains on my comforter I never use the comforter anyways but they were stains on the comforter the carpet was dirty there was long hairs in the shower and I'm bald and they were stands next to the phone on the bedside I thought coming into this hotel I would get a clean room but I guess not
