  Good location with quite a few dining and shopping options nearby. Prayash is good customer support, I like the way he handles the guest.

  Mixed review: Hotel amenities and customer service good /very good. They have a nice family game room and breakfast is what you would expect, scrambled eggs, waffle station, cold and hot cereals. Rooms are ok.. however our bathroom needed updating and better servicing- no shampoo and some grouting with staining/ mold?

  Had a good stay! The rooms are cleaned every two days and breakfast is included. If you’re vegetarian, you’ll appreciate the daily rice and potato options. Best of all, it’s a short walk to the mall and nearby stores.

  We stayed at Homewood Suites by Hilton for business, and the experience exceeded our expectations in every way. From the moment we arrived, everything felt easy, clean, and well organized. The hotel is modern, extremely well kept, and very welcoming. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and clearly well maintained. Everything was clean and in great condition, which matters when you are traveling for work and want a place that feels reliable and relaxing at the end of the day. The lobby and common areas were spotless, and the dining area was just as clean and inviting. One thing that really stood out was the food. The breakfast was genuinely excellent, far better than what you would expect from a hotel at this price point. There was a great selection, everything tasted fresh, and the area was kept very clean throughout. It made mornings simple and enjoyable. The swimming pool was another highlight. It was very clean and well maintained, which says a lot about the overall care the staff puts into the property. The location is also a big plus. It is easy to get to, convenient, and yet still quiet and comfortable. For how modern, clean, and pleasant this hotel is, the pricing is extremely affordable. You truly get more than what you pay for here. Overall, this is an outstanding hotel, and I would absolutely stay here again. I highly recommend Homewood Suites by Hilton to anyone traveling for business or leisure and looking for a clean, comfortable, and dependable place to stay.

  My family stayed here due to the flooding. We were unable to do any research on this hotel given the circumstances. When we arrived late at night, we quickly settled in our children and immediately noticed the uncleanliness of the room. There was a coffee spill on one of the walls that hadn’t been cleaned. Not sure how it was missed. When we took out the pull out couch, we noticed white stains on the couch cushions. One of them had been stained with kids slime. The mattress cover on the pull out was stained and had lots of hair on it. I went to the front desk to let them know and they offered to put us in a different room but, again, we had already gotten our children settled. The front desk said they would have housekeeping do a full cleaning the next day at 1 pm and provided us clean sheets for the pullout. The next day, we left the room at 12:30 and returned at 4 to give housekeeping time to clean. When we returned, the room still hadn’t been cleaned. I went to front desk and they had someone do a light cleaning (meaning they changed the sheets and replaced towels). The next morning I spoke to the manager to let her know of the concerns. She was very polite and apologetic and offered points for the inconvenience. Overall, the stay was okay. Despite the room cleanliness issues, they have a good breakfast bar, the rooms are spacious, it’s a great location, they have a game room, a decent indoor pool (no hot tub), and a large gym.
