Very disappointed there was NO hot tub despite it being listed on the Google page and there being a picture. Unacceptable to advertise this and have it boarded over. I would have booked elsewhere if this had been clear.

I've stayed here many times, I like this hotel. However on my last visit, I noticed something different. I was there for 9 nights and only recieved room service 3 times, the last two I got after I had made an inquiry about the lack thereof. I'm not sure if there's a change in policy, I only saw a change for Sundays where we were notified that there won't be any services for that day, however, we can request items from the front desk.
The reason I gave 2 star for service was because the front desk employee that worked the morning shift on 11.13.2025, first time seeing her, was very dismissive when I went to ask about the lack of service I've been experiencing for days. She never apologized, her response was, I will get service today and that they had posted a sign in the elevator stating there will be no services offered from Sunday to Wednesday. I saw no such sign, and I can't imagine why a hotel would not offer room service for 4 days. Mind you, there were house keepers on my floor cleaning other rooms everyday, they just missed my room. I explained to her that I saw no notice, and why weren't we informed when were checking in of any such changes, again she stated I will get room service today and proceeded to go her computer.
Now that encounter made me question my future stays at the hotel, I was not pleased with how she handled my query, especially when I had days of dirty towels on my bathroom floor and the least she could do was apologize. My experiences with the other front desk ladies are very pleasurable, they are very pleasant and very professional, especially the young lady that usually checks me in.
I was here on vacation and to also study, most of my trips to the hotel are really to study. I'm there sometimes 2 times per month over several months, and I have always enjoyed my stays until now, majority of my displeasure was from my experience with the front desk clerk, sometimes a "I apologize" goes a long way in soothing over a bad experience or a misunderstanding, I felt like I was bothering her or that I didn't have the right to ask or complain about the service I wasnt getting.

I just wanted to thank everyone at this location for accommodating my recent stay/visit... & apologize for stating in my IHG survey that I was charged & waiting for the return of a $50 deposit... I looked at my cc statement and see that the deposit was not charged. This was a convenient location for my visit and would consider staying at this location again in the future. thanks / gracias

This hotel is close to my business locations that I service. Very quiet and clean. Friendly staff are always available. Have stayed here a few times in the past. Like how central this hotel is to restaurants and other activities.

Much about this place was good, but we did not get what we paid for.
Cons: We paid for a suite that had a missing entertainment center, and a missing TV. The elevators were down-right sketchy and slow... also, THERE IS NO HOT TUB LIKE IS ADVERTISED. It has been boarded over with a deck.
Pros: The breakfast was decent, on par with the price. Cool coffee machine that gives single cups of fresh ground drip coffee. Good location and decently comfortable beds.
Overall, sad there was no hot tub, swim suits stayed packed, and felt ripped by our room.
