Greedy and selfish establishment. People who LIVE at the city center need places to park and yet they take up 2 different parking lots with tiny blink-and-you'll-miss-it signage letting you know not to park there and refuse to hand out parking passes to the low-income tenants who are entitled to park by their own home. Meanwhile their main parking lot is almost always mostly empty. Shameful

I have stayed at this hotel sporadically during the time I have been working for a local company. This time my stay was very subpar. The rooms are nice, but do not have an extra blanket anymore. The food at night was passable, but the breakfast was a total disaster. They used to have two ladies who worked the breakfast shift who were spot on with coffee, taking your order, etc. Food was industrial, but it was adequate. Today, my breakfast was obviously old food - rolls were hard - in fact I almost chipped a tooth on them; the service was non-existent, tables were dirty, and no more ladies who were cheerful in the morning. Whomever made the decision to go low quality on the breakfast foods and get rid of the cheerful ladies - you should resign immediately. It will be difficult to recommend this spot any longer. Good luck if you are forced to stay here.

Hilton Garden Inn Lynnwood is a reliable, no-frills stay with clean rooms, comfortable beds, and a quiet atmosphere that makes it easy to rest. The location is convenient for shopping and dining nearby, and while it doesn’t feel upscale, it delivers exactly what you expect from the brand - consistent, comfortable, and hassle-free.

Pros:
(1) Clean spacious rooms
(2) Not too hard to navigate to for a newcomer
(3) Fairly good amenities
Cons:
(1) Highway traffic is loud for rooms facing the highway -could hear some thumps from neighboring rooms as well
(2) Breakfast is not included in price (but on the other hand, I appreciate the current setup if the alternative would be to increase the cost per day per room by $20 to include a “free” breakfast). But it might be nice if they had a handful of additional complementary pastries or the like

The Rooms feel like tombs. Dry / Stale / and stuffy. I could not sleep but a few hours due to the stuffiness. You can't even open a window, what? Where is the in-room ventilation? .... I was afraid to take a shower for fear of making a "swamp" out of the room because there is no bathroom fan. Beware of the rooms. The front desk is helpful and very polite, but under the nice facade of lobby, gym equip, bar, restaurant and pool - don't be fooled. ask to see the room first and wait a few minutes with the door closed. You will feel it for yourself. P.S. the walls are not as soundproof as one would expect from a "Hilton" ...
Edit: To top it off, My credit card got hacked while I stayed ... The only place I used it for the last Month was at This Hilton ... So, Beware ... Just Beware...
