  We stayed in the 7 ppl suite for 2 nights and had a lovely time. The flooring is tile and felt very clean. Kitchen and bathroom is freshly renovated, Inside the kitchen they have microwave, dishwasher, stove, and full size refrigerator. They've supplied the kitchen with a cute little size dish soap, extra paper towel, fork, spoon, butter knife, a couple of spatulas, toaster, dishes, and two pots and a pan. The soap and lotions provided in the bathroom were suitable for sensitive skin which I appreciated. My only gripe was that the unit is for 7 people but was only supplied with serving set for 3. I loved the fact that free breakfast was until 10am, I always hated how most hotels have a super early cutoff. There was a little something for everyone and having an option to make waffles fresh was awesome. My kids really enjoyed the indoor pool, I found it small but pretty clean and well kept. Because of the wet clothes I had to to laundry and discovered that laundry is FREE! This was a huge plus as we crossed the border to get there and did not have US coins! One last thing I want to mention is how amazingly above and beyond the staff took care of us. No matter how busy they were they always responded quickly to our requests and even did a follow up check to make sure we were happy. We've been to a lot of hotels in similar price range and the excellent service was where this place shined the most. I'll definitely be returning for a little staycation.

  I’m not one to normally leave reviews, but this place is a joke. We often visit the Lynwood/Bothell area for family. So we like to try different hotels. First off we set it up for two queen beds with a crib. We arrive and the beds are full sizes at most, and no crib in the room. The safe didn’t work so I was unable to safely store my sidearm. I then had to dismantle it and store different parts in different bags. I was told Maintinence would be in touch to fix that issues. I never heard from anyone. We have a toddler and a 10 month old so safety is important when traveling. The first night was full of noise throughout the hallway all night. Second night there was yelling the next room over followed by 10 minutes of someone trying to kick in the door. Beating and banging at 3:30am. Followed by us comforting our now awake babies. The room was not sufficiently cleaned, crumbs and trash from the previous tenant, and hairs in both beds. 10/10 do not recommend. From one father to another. This is not a place I will come back to.

  Great location, plenty of parking ($10 per night), clean rooms, and free breakfast. I deducted a point because the hotel does not provide knives or cutting boards in any of the units and there were no pool towels available during our stay. Hotel staff was friendly. Location was perfect and within walking distance to many shops and Whole Foods. Would definitely stay here again!

  Me and my girlfriend got into the hotel late at night without a reservation, and the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. The Front Office Manager, Raul De La Torre, was incredibly hospitable and helpful in getting a room and settling us in at a timely manner. The service is great, their staff is great, and the location is good for close-by food, malls, and restaurants/shops for whatever you’d want to do. All around 5/5 experience.
