  The rooms were clean and I liked the location. All of the staff we interacted with were friendly and helpful. I liked the ability to text if we had a question. Given the reasonable price for the room I didn’t mind the small parking fee.

  Great location next to shopping and close to food options. Hotel was clean and the room was quiet. Staff was very attentive and responsive to my questions and accommodating to my needs.

  This location has north and south bus stops with 5-7mins walk. The mall is a 10min walk. Wholefoods is 7-8mins walk. The 166bus will connect you to lightrail and ashway transit ctr to busses into Bellevue. The 166bus also runs to Edmonds ferry. So there's plenty to do and see. This property is pretty quiet. The breakfast is very good, I don't care what pissy person's review says it's not. There's a rotation between scrambled eggs and omelets, turkey sausage patties and pork sausage links and Canadian ham. There's always potatoes. Waffle maker with chocolate chips, dried cranberries and nuts to put inside. Oatmeal with toppings. 3 juice options. One morning there was biscuits and gravey. A variety of coffee and tea. The staff are good. sometimes friendly, sometimes not so much. I did hear greetings often when coming and going. Not every time though. Very few smiles. HOWEVER, and read this!, the staff here does accommodate their guests. 100%. The staff ask you all of these questions at check in, including your HH ID. So, you're going to get any and all perks you're due, including early checkin, possible room upgrades, etc. That alone should please anyone. The lady showed me a map of available rooms and I got to pick my room. It's smart actually because if I don't like it, it's 100% on me, lol. But I actually loved my room. Also, I was checked in at 11am. Yes, ELEVEN AM. No fee. So, they may not be chipper but they it done where it counts. The property is well maintained. The jacuzzi is great. I'm sensitive to pool chemicals. I was able to soak at least 40mins without a problem. But that's not on them. It was actually longer than I last at other places. It is indoor, so consider that and maybe put some drops in your eyes or wear goggles. Ive read other reviews and honestly, alot of the negative ones just seem like lies. Im very particular and nitpicky. If I loved it and they didn't, then that's a them problem not a hotel problem. I'm planning a return visit. Thank you Hampton Lynnwood.
