Hotel is super mediocre and run down. Definitely needs a renovation. Gym is missing weights, mold near shower in room, lots of highway noise, and stains in the carpet. House keeping came by at 830 on my checkout day and when I didn't answer the door in 30 seconds, they were already entering the room. Will look for a different location next time I am here.

Worst, and last time I stay at a Hilton ever. Here is a bullet point list of why you should not stay here. 1. They gave our room away: My wife is disabled. We booked the ADA room with a walk-in shower. They gave it to someone else and didn't tell us until we arrived. The ADA room they provided did not have a walk-in shower. 2. The room was filthy: Pink kool-aid or candy smeared on a wall. What looked like blood spread on another. Mysterious clear stuff on other walls. Same mysterious clear stuff on a chair seat. Giant used bandaid lying next to the fridge. And I'm sure there is more that I am forgetting about. 3. Death trap window: This is the craziest part of the stay. There was a giant window next to the bed THAT OPENS ALL THE WAY. And I mean all the way. It swings in to a complete 90 degree angle. There is no screen in the window, and it is big enough that a grown man could walk through it without stooping over. Also, the windowsill is at shin/knee height, and the drop would be 3 stories. It's like it was designed to have people thrown out of it. (Seriously, we joked it was Putin's Room of Special Purpose). I am truly impressed by how bad this hotel is. That takes talent (The window of doom is a nice touch.). Good job at being the worst!

Stayed here but had a terrible reaction to something in the building. Stayed my first night and almost got sick at the front desk while extending my stay from something that seemed to be in the air in the building. The second night I came back and dealt with incredible headaches and stomach and back pain and general nausea. All the while a smell of chemicals (possibly chlorine?) from the pool area?? Or something else seemed to permeate the upper level and in my room. Woke up the final morning with my kidneys and low back feeling terrible as well as nausea. Im not sure what made me feel so ill here but I wont stay here again. Otherwise it seems like a nice place but not worth the hassle if youre chemically sensitive.

I am a loyal Hilton customer. Embassy Suites provides a spacious suite, free breakfast with some items that are cooked to order as well as a manager's reception. This Hilton Hotel was chosen because it was within 10 minutes of family we were visiting, had free parking and offered a good deal. Why not 5 stars? This hotel is showing its age. Furniture and decor is very much dated, our room had a shower/tub combo and the toilet was very close to the ground which as we age presents problems. Parking was scarce and rather difficult to find a secure location when arriving after 9:00 PM. We liked the cooked to order aspect of the breakfast but the chef doing eggs did not disclose she had bacon. That is just evil. We had to inquire and then we were offered some. This in itself can cause PTSD. I wonder if my Hilton Honor Points will cover therapy? Although the property only rated 3 stars we would probably still return for a future stay. We can only hope things get better.
