Hotel rooms that are available are dated and kind of run down. It is worth noting they are remodeling it in piecemeal floor by floor and it’s very loud with construction. Had I known this when booking, I would have selected another hotel as there are many others in Lynnwood.
Nice staff and easy access to freeway, however they should have discounted rates and clear notice on Hilton website that the hotel is being remodeled and lots of loud construction. Especially with the atrium concept.

I am very disappointed with this hotel. The bathroom fan is filthy. The pilows are some if the worst I have ever used. The couch cushions are so worn down that when we sit on them the cushions sink down below the couch frame. Speaking of the couch, the pullout bed is almost impossible to use. The bed frame is so flimsy that it took three people to pull the bed out because the frame kept twisting, and then we almost couldn’t get it back in. I would expect more from a Hilton Embassy Suites hotel.

Used to be amazing but ever since it got bought out by Hilton this place is like a funeral home. It’s so quiet and dead. I remembering coming here for my birthday before they turned to Hilton and it was so fun. This is no place for kids now.

This place use to be lovely like 2 years ago, it now is a (nicely worded) crap hole. Between horrible water pressure the fact there's almost always a problem wether it's ac is broken water is off it's just been issue after issue everytime my family has stayed here they ignore the notes my family leaves for rooms, they will sit here and not help their staff. They say one thing another staff says another thing. This place has good breakfast and a half decent room. Wouldn't recommend often

Asked front desk for basic essentials like toothbrush and toothpaste, razor. Replied with very inpatient and unprofessional tone telling me housing keep is off work at 7pm(7pm?) and she can’t remember the items so I have to go to the front desk myself. I suggested she can use a pen to write down what we need, and if she is not the only person working in this hotel, she can at least try to send someone to our room instead of just asking us to go to front desk. Lots of guests travel with kids and going to hotel is a way to find more convenience during travel, not every parent is able to just leave the room and go to front desk to grab a basic essential every hotel should provide.
And that is not even half of the ridiculous experience. A few minutes later, a man working here came to the room with just one razor, showing surprising face as I told him we actually asked for slippers and toothbrush as well, which I slowly repeated to the front desk lady two times in order for her to write down.
Why front desk did not even mention at all they don’t have slippers while I repeated two times and she just hang up the phone on me?
Why they only remembered the razor and forgot everything else?
I am a diamond member for almost 10years and this place is the most ridiculous one I’ve ever been with Hilton.
Hilton, you got to train your staff well.
And it’s Christmas time. Guess how your guest would feel? Warm and welcomed?
