  First time in Seattle Loved the hotel, very close to the research laboratory I was going to Beautiful people real welcoming Will stay here again if I'm in Seattle Thank you for the great hospitality And also decent prices

  Very good hotel for the money. Good breakfast. Room is clean and neat. Front desk/service all very good.

  Bryan and Desiree were a great help as well as the woman wearing the sea Hawks during the playoffs. Bryan went above and beyond to accommodate the larger space for my visiting family. Quiet and nice neighborhood. Would recommend.

  I was very pleased with my stay here at the BW alderwood! After our 13 hour drive from north CA, Elijah was immediately available to help us check in even though we arrived late at night. I had mistakenly only booked 1 night but I actually needed 2. I was not a rewards member at the time so it would have been more than I had wanted to pay. They explained the benefits and were able to sign me up in a moment and get me that second night at a better price. We had a trailer because we were helping a friend to move and there was easy parking for us. If it were the busy season(im unsure when that is for WA) I might call ahead to check about big trucks or trailers. Our room was clean and stocked, our bed was comfortable. One small issue was that the shower curtain was on a curved bar, so there was a small gap between the edge of the tub and the curtain and more water than id like got onto the floor. Breakfast was a big hit for us and our friends in a separate room. The waffle maker was super fun, and simple to use, the syrup dispenser was slow but delicious. And there were tons of choices for drinks. Different options for Juice and coffee, along with hot water. And there was oatmilk available which made me very happy as someone with lactose intolerance. Staff at breakfast was cheery and polite, he checked in with me to be sure i found everything okay and ran around making sure there were dishes and silverware available. And that the big selection of seating was kept clean and tidy. On morning 1 my husband was still exhausted and I worried he wouldnt be up before breakfast would end, so staff (I am so sorry I dont recall your name, you were wonderful) offered me a tray to take hot breakfast to him making our morning a bit easier. Thank you! There was an issue with my rewards account and so I asked the girl at the front the next night if she could help, and she was able to get me in contact with customer service so I could figure out what wasn't working and get my next hotel booked at the member price. (It was a server issue with the password reset emails, nothing to be done on her part but I would have never known what to ask about when I called without her help.) Overall, very excellent and if I ever head back up that way, id probably pick Alderwood again.
